1)The residency has no easy access 2)It was so poorly maintained and no proper separate personnel's were available for each and every work 3)The room was nice but maintenance is 0 4)We think the bedsheets hadn't been washed since purchase and 1st stay It was so offensively smelling and we got allergies due to that 5)No change of pillow cover and hence it was also stinking so badly 6)Np proper toilet hygiene The toilet tub was not at all maintained.. had enormous stains inside ..when asked for a re clean up they just washed it for name and yet remained the same throughout. 7)The WIFI connection is not stable When asked about it to the owner he says it will be connected good outside the rooms...the what's the use of us paying for Wi-Fi rooms? Overall if any minus marks available we will provide that!!! As a whole we suggest you to better remove Joy residency from online booking sites! A very worst stay experience!!!!

seriously is one of the worst and un clean room and service are not proper bed cover and pillow every thing is very dirty and special bathroom no clear please improve your cleaning and service

Rooms are good, but no lift facility! it's not suitable for aged people and the roads to the residency is narrow and difficulties to reach there.

Location is looks like interior, about 500 m from main road and about 3 km from kundrathur bus stop. But it is reachable by car. Car parking is available. Room is good. Receiving in reception and watch man added safety to hotel. Feels good and safe to stay.

Location is some what interior, about 1/2 km from main road. But going in car is easy to reach. Good parking facility available. Cleanliness also good. Receiving in the reception and watch man every one is soft spoken and added safety to the hotel. Through phone they give proper guidance to reach the hotel.
