As our train reached chennai early, having prepared to pay extra, i reached the hotel. The night manager did not move an inch to receive the guests instead sat in his chair leizurely, made us stand in the street and started making investigation instead of enquiring. He argued that he no amount was paid whereas i paid the money at the time of booking. I had to talk to owner of the hotel to enter. shown as ac room but had to pay extra. No restaurant of its own. The lift is to and fro 1st floor while the entrance is from ground floor. Had to climb up and down one level each time. For the checkin before and checkout paid extra over and above what has already been paid. No hot water on the first day. On the second and 3rd days. No tv. Wifi was weak. No promised service was extended so motu. Very bad experience.

The room was not good. Owner demanded for extra money than mentioned in the booking. Amenities and services are the worst will never recommend this stay owners were rude

The owner is very rude. He speak we can't afford this price like that. The stay is not good in that hotel. We find the property in the makemytrip app.

Hotel is just beside tirupati railway station, allowing to check in at night time also, very cooperative staff

good stay with ac clean bathroom and clean room and friendly atmosphere , only problem is need some good furniture and hot water in rooms , and they are closing shutters after 12 o clock , overall good oyo

it was a terrible experience. I booked and I also got the confirmation then also the hotel people were not allowing me to stay. Saying that they didn't get any confirmation.the room was dustier and untidy.they didn't offer towel,soaps,shampoos or blankets.I had payed for AC room and I got non AC. In that the fan was also not working properly.and the behaviour of staffs was terrible and rude.

It was the worst experience i've ever had on mmt. The walls are damp, room mah b not cleaned for months. When asked why they say coz i have booked i get only that room. Was denied for air conditioned. Pay and use toilets would be more clean.

The staff were good, please take the ac room there because non ac room are bit suffocating. Price are showing for non ac, if u want ac room then pay 500 extra. Location wise is also good.

Worst hotel you would have ever get, management is so poor that even they argue with guests on small matters. No water in the room and taps were disfunctioned. Bad behaviour of the stuffs were common, even extra charges were taken on 20 mins more stay

Overall the experience was good. Anyone looking for one night stay this place is good, centrally located in the city and also affordable.

Omamieyaar veedu hotel is worst. They completely commersial, already make my trip gives his rooms rent completely, but they are taking additional 500 for room not for us only even they are doing like this to all the people booked room in their hotel.

Do not stay in this hotel. Exp - I reached Chennai around 11 O clock (night time) , i tried to reach them but the number was switched off. Then we connected OYO and got hold of property owner. We reached hotel and then they said all rooms are booked we can’t give you rooms and then they refer us to some third class hotel. There they are giving us non-ac room and we booked for ac room. It was midnight and i was travelling with toddlers and old age people and it was risky to get them on street in midnight.

before 2 days i call and confirm the room but when i reached they told me that your booking is not confirm. we reached at 10pm at hotel, i request them at 11pm, my wife is pragnent and we are comming from long journey, and she is too hungry please take another 1000/- and give the room but he waste my 2 hours and not ready to give another room. all restaurant are close my wife is brahmin but we have to eat rice at non-vegitarin hotel . they waste my money and time. we can't see minara beach at night. after many many request they give me another room at 1000/- rs. now no hot waters available in morning. they ignore all calls from oyo care in front of me.

I booked a room in this hotel with complimentry dinner and lunch, for two adults ( i and my mother. After getting the confirmation message i reached the place where it was located but i got the 1st jolt that the hotel exists no where. After enquiring the local shops i came to know that the name of the hotel changed to jayam residency as the owner of hotel changed and it is on the 1st floor of a shut fooding hotel. Anyways, after entering the hotel, i came to know that there's no lift, one have to reach the reception desk by a narrow stair case (2nd jolt. It became a arduous job for my mother(age 65) to reach the desk. On reaching the desk, i found some people surrounded the receptionist and demanded alcohol in their rooms (3rd jolt. At that time my watch showed it's 8 p. M. After fulfilling their demands, the receptionst turned to me and asked extra rs. 1000/ for a single night (3rd jolt. As i already had paid the the booking amount, i just asked why he is asking for additional amount. He answered that they don't provide any room at the price shown, they just follow their own price chart for the rooms (even if a guest had a booking. It was 9 by that time. On arguing with him about rent, he just asked me leave his hotel at once(just became awed by the rude behaviour. By that time it was 9. 30 p. M. At last i had to pay extra amount. When asked about fooding, he just denied to provide any kind foods to his guests. Anyways, after spending one night, when i reached the reception desk in the morning the receptionist denied to provide any kind of money recipts by saying that it's the policy of theirs.

They not accept Oyo room rent rate.. asking extra payment..rooms not good,Bathroom not good,room cleaning very poor.Totally waste..

1. they won't accept any online booking prices and will their prices at the time of check in only won't provide an invoice for that payment if there is no invoice Oyo won't register a complaint other than payment won't provide accommodation at that time they were rude behavior sending out won't care old people and kid's, I was booked rooms for 2 kids ( 4 months boy & 4-year girl) , After extra collected payment raised complaint not registered need invoice at the time of check out time not provided invoice so application team also helpless, no hot water for bathing, no drinking water some times, if you book food in online also won't provide. please don't book this hotel our family suffered lot at time of staying. finally my extra paid amount if you payment require take invoice that, final review is don't book this hotel by mistake also. rating also less than Zero <0.
