Terrible and dirty property: i checked out within 1 hour of check in. Dirty and soiled linen was the reason and the staff's refusal yo change them saying that is what they have. Rooms and the toilet also were in terrible state. Staff was downright. Was asked for 500 rupees as early check in fee for 2 hour early check in even when the room was vacant. It was listed as good by mmt. Will think twice before using mm t app. I wonder why mm t is spoiling their reputation with such tie ups.

The bed and service was pretty good but the bathroom had some issues with water

Firstly there is a serious issue of bad aroma in the room which no room freshener seems to remedy. I stayed here one night, and had planned to extend if i had found the hotel to my liking. Sadly it was not. The hotel staff didn't even provide basic amenities like soap, shampoo, towel, slippers. Since the room was literally riddled with mosquitos, i asked the staff for a mosquito repellent liquid and was replied "sir. Fan chalta hain na. The geyser looked dodgy at best and i got a minor current shock while handling a switch. Poor earthing i guess. Overall i would not recommend this hotel to anyone no matter how cheap discounted price they offer.

Everything is good but complimsntry not provided

We had booked two rooms but were given only one and charged for both! washroom hygiene poor and jet not working. Broken chair in room. Foul smell in room. Worst to expect in prebooked and paid booking at 3 in the night

It is really wonderful property and staff is really good

Wall paint was peeled and pillow and bedsheets was found teared and tidy

the room are okay bt bedsheet are not cleaned and the led was not working. i tell u about washroom so the washroom was okay.

Cheap rooms with some ammenities missing

Room was ok, cleaning was ok but bathroom was stinking badly due to seepage. Food was average

I didn't stay there, it was the worst hotel i ever checked in, after entering in lift itself, entire hotel was stinking like a dead rat. Their linen bedsheet were stained. On request for replacement, manager asked me to leave the hotel without any regret. Such a hospitality. It was just brothel not a hotel. That's why booked another property same time and stayed there. I request for a refund atleast although it won't compensate the trouble i faced with that hotel.

Dirty room & wash room allotted staff behavior not good at all showed rudeness

They were not at changing bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket cover. When i get a room on day 1, i requested to change laundry stuff because it was already dirty but they have not changed it till day 5. They were not cleaning the room at all. Ac stopped working in middle of night. Nobody is listening to your requests. Tv was not working because they are doing recharge for only a day.

It was the worst stay at any hotel ever in my life. The sequence of events is too long to be typed. But here's the summary: I had booked 2 rooms for me, my wife, and another room for my in-laws. I had my anniversary party function nearby, and these 2 rooms were to be used for getting make-up and dressing done by a professional mum and her team. I had specifically visited this hotel 2 days in advance to check the rooms, and had informed the duty manager about the main purpose of booking these rooms was to allow my family and 2 friends to come and change into party wear. We checked in around 5. 15pm on the 22nd april, and it was an okay affair. The mum and her 2 assistants arrived from Ghaziabad and were allowed in. Then i got ready and left at 6. 45pm while my in-laws (couple, mother-in-law and 2 kids less than 10 years) were getting ready in another room. My wife was getting ready with the mua team. The problem arose when my friend arrived from Noida with her 18-month toddler and husband and wanted to go to my room to quickly change. The front office duty manager was extremely rude, and inconsiderate and flatly refused them inside the hotel. They frantically called me to intervene and the duty manager was again angry, rude, and ill-mannered to me.

Did not have slippers in the bathroom and towels were not found even after repeated requests when towels were not found, i thought it was better to go to the hotel at 5:30

Good service, nice location near artimas hospital. Hospitality is very good. Food is tasty

Door lock was damaged, whenever i was leaving i had to be on their trust only, couldn't lock the door. Initially, they said that it will be repaired by tomorrow or they'll change the room. And tomorrow they said it can't be repaired and room change also can't be done. Wifi was available but with no internet.

Room was quite spacious. Well-built. Value for money. Staff was courteous.

Happy in staying. Hotel offers me the room before time. Nice fragrance in hotel.
