Wastage of money 😡😡😡Bahut ghatiya hotel tha hame bilkul bekar room tha room gate me lock nahi tha washroom bilkul bekar AC ka pipe bathroom mein daal diya hai pura neeche tak bhi nhi le gaye pipe agar nahaye toh AC ka pani tapak rha hai upar se naha hi nhi sakte bathroom mein koi room service nahi hai koi staff nahi hai 😤😤😤😤😤

My husband and I had the most amazing stay together. Room was cozy and clean. Staff was helpful and made our getaway feel perfect.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel The room, priced was shockingly inadequate. It was incredibly small, comparable to a railway compartment, and lacked a window. The bathroom was poorly equipped, lacking towels, napkins, and toiletries – only a shabby soap dispenser was provided. No drinking water or glasses were available in the room; upon request, I was given a paper cup. Communication was inconvenient as all inquiries had to be directed to the receptionist. Furthermore, neither the television nor the elevator was functioning. Adding to the confusion, the hotel's signage read "Raj Continental," which differed from the name listed . I had to confirm my booking with the unhelpful receptionist after passing the hotel several times. I believe should not be offering such substandard accommodations at inflated prices, especially during events like the Kumbh Mela. Given the significant discrepancy between the price paid and the quality of the room, I request a full refund . I feel completely misled and overcharged for this unacceptable experience.
