I opted for breakfast and paid for it too, but they denied the breakfast in the morning and no warm water was available in this chilling winter. They were even unable to give us drinking water and told the filter was not repaired. Worst stay of my life im sorr to say this but it was worst

Stay is perfect and plea-sent stay. Room is neat and clean

The hotel rooms were small in size. The hotel is located very far away from Shirdi temple. No auto services were available from the hotel and neither the hotel management were ready to provide any pick and drop facility.

The location and hotel from outside is good but there was no proper blanket in the room and the room was pretty small and service was a bit slow with no proper menu. Had to manage with my own blanket that I carried

Nice hotel and ambience and staff is also very friendly I had super deluxe room at 3rd floor and it had the royal view like a fort and a big balcony I enjoyed my stay and want to visit again and stay at this hotel for at least 3 -4 days

Experience is not good no restaurant no generator back up even when I had check in at 8pm no hot water even nightmare was at 4. 38am power not there till 6. Am nobody was there to attend since intercom not working no emergency light total darkout in whole hotel

Overall review is excellent. It's walkable distance to bus stop, temple. Well furnished air conditioning rooms with facilities. Location is good but name should be highlighted as there is differences in name which was online and in hotel.

Look wise this hotel is quite good, but if you ask me for the services / facilities then I would say it's below as per expectations. If you are getting huge discount then only go for this hotel otherwise there are many good hotels in Shirdi other than this.

Good experience and like this hotel and restaurant good stop. Good location and interior. Good food items and get back to arrange the and pickup facilities. Good services and products.

Clean, fresh and romantic place. I will never forgot that hotel in my whole life, it will give me fresh experience and I have spent my fun time here with my hubby so, no long such as this gives a complete package.

It's a budget stay hotel with very limited amenities. Good option available nearby temple area. Overall good if you need just for few hours to get fresh after long hectic journey. Not recommended for long stay.

Good, nice to stay there. Atmosphere is good. Service is good. But food is very costly. Hence we didn't order food from there. But pick up and drop facilities are available only for AC room. Overall very nice experience.

The hotel is pathetic.. Right from the location to the service provided. Rooms are small and not clean.. The restaurant was off when we had been there.. So there was no availability of food.. Also, the hotel is situated which is far.. Had a pathetic experience.

Food was good but only when ordered apart from buffet. Breakfast was not up to the mark. They do not give attention to the customers need. It seemed like we were pressure on the hotel staff by taking breakfast. If the hotel does not have many customers it does not provide good facilities like hot water even the facility of lift was stopped. Although the staff behaviour was okay.

Only one thing we would like to mention here that they need to improve food quality. It was average, but they made all the special facilities too since we went with small baby. We got fresh milk during midnight also. We enjoyed free pick up and drop facilities also from temple to hotel.

It is a very nice place for you. Very clean. Friendly staff. If you want to have a near five star experience for lesser money, this is the place.Little improvement in food is possible. Breakfast needs further considerations. Certainly recommend to anyone going to Shirdi. After booking do call them to get pickup facility.
