I had an awful stay here. Found a bug in the bed and a cockroach in the bathroom and room. The towel was torn, and it felt like they purposely gave me a bad, tiny room just because I booked with a small discount. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

The room was unhygienic. Too much of cigarettes smell in hotel. Smell has affected my room as well. Lots of cockroaches & spider in the room.

Pathetic scenario, very unhygienic and very unprofessional. Need refund since check out was one day earlier i. E. Checkout was on 24 december but we check out on 23 december.

**Hotel Review: Avoid at All Costs!** I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was the worst experience of my life. First, the room was filthy. There were bugs crawling everywhere, which made it impossible to relax. The walls were covered in dirt and stains, and the space was so cramped that there was barely enough room to walk around the bed. And don’t even get me started on the washroom. It was disgusting—everything felt grimy and unclean. Overall, this place was a nightmare. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

The property was aweful. Pictures shown were totally different from what it actually looked. Poor furniture, badly maintained beds and a small room with hardly any space to move. The maintenance outside didn’t look apt for a family stay. We booked a suite and it wasn’t a complete room atleast. We checked in and within 10 minutes checked out. Awful experience.. please don’t fool people 🙏🙏

I was booked classic room but, while entering the hotel they asked for extra 500 rupees for over occupying of classic room. It was rubbering the money from the costomer.

The staff were fantastic! polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
