Kodai mist, oh my god had an awesome 2 full days by staying there. To start from the beginning, they happily allowed me to check in earlier than my check in time since I went in very ch early. So kind enough management. This property is the very last one some far away from kodai lake. Each and every room has a much larger open place from where you can clearly enjoy the mountains, valleys, mist, chillness and so on. In fact if you are a nature lover you can actually have a good glimpse of moon rise beneath the near by mountains. They asked us if we need a room on top of all the other rooms, but with a rider that those top rooms won't have a television. But looking at the natures beautiful view from the top we happily agreed to stay there. They have in house restaurant and that was so delicious. You will praise the chef each and every time for sure. All the staffs are so friendly that they will guide you, help you in any possible way. I would definitely recommend and suggest this property if you plan for kodai provided with one rider that you have to take your own vehicle if you plan for sight seeing in and around kodai. If you have already explored kodai much, there is no need for a personal vehicle as once you get in, you will not feel like going out to explore but will sit in a chair and to enjoy the climate and natural beauty that this property has on all sides.

The stay here was perfect in all aspects except the behavior of the receptionist and manager, who was very rude. The resort is located 4 or 5 kilometers away from the town. You need an SUV to get there, as the way up there is uphill with broken roads. The view and the locations is very scenic. You get an entire villa if you go with a group of people. It is near a forest. You can exploring. There is a viewpoint of the Palani town from the resort. The food was good, but they always made it spicy even when we told them specifically not to make it. The rooms were clean. Would have given them excellent rating for value for money if it was not for the rude behavior of the receptionist, who told us that our accommodation has been cancelled due to certain circumstances and asked us to speak with company customer care to get another one. Only after speaking with the General manager and the managing director were we able to get it confirmed.

The rooms are well maintained and there are a lot of places within the Collection O Perumpallam formerly Kodai Mist more like a resort to sit back and relax at any time. The network connectivity is poor like the rest of Kodai except around the lake region. Only BSNL has network. There is free WiFi at reception. The Collection O Perumpallam formerly Kodai Mist is around 3.5 km away from the lake and can be reached only thorough a rough road, use the instructions given by the Collection O Perumpallam formerly Kodai Mist.

We also enjoy the off road trucking on the Collection O Perumpallam formerly Kodai Mist way. It's an amazing view of the valley of Kodaikanal and atmosphere are very nice. The room service boys are very friendly. I enjoy the early morning top view from the Collection O Perumpallam formerly Kodai Mist to the valley.
All the views from that Collection O Perumpallam formerly Kodai Mists are very nice but the way we reach Collection O Perumpallam formerly Kodai Mist is so bad.

Location is quite far but that makes the place more special. Friendly manager and staff made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommended place to stay in Kodaikanal.

The property is fantastic and situated in a secluded area. Access to the property is a bit challenging, but the advantage is the absence of network coverage in the location. Wifi is accessible at the reception. The property does not have a restaurant. However, complimentary breakfast is provided for bookings that include this option. It's a great deal for youngsters, groups, and adventurers.

Room and location was good, however need improvement in service. They should add some recreation facilities like some games, bonfire etc. Only one road to reach that also got blocked due to some vehicle breakdown had to wait for one hour to reach the Collection O Perumpallam formerly Kodai Mist. No connectivity in rooms with reception. Not fully equipped to handle large group.

Property is very amazing and very good service but way to Collection O Perumpallam formerly Kodai Mist is very tough to find location and road conditions is very bad and poor. Please try to give exact location to customers.

On my journey to india, it was the highlight of my experience. The manager, owner, and entire staff were all friendly and professional.

This place is an amazing place to stay if you have your own SUV. The scenery is surreal. Please don't expect WiFi and mobile network in your room, this is not an optimized place for business stay. From, leisure point of view the place is great. Coffee and omelette bread is great.
