A very worst experience in my last 14 years of travel. No hot water, no toiletries, no proper A/C, lot of mosquitoes, no water in morning, open window in bathroom, no towel, no replacement of bed sheets and pillow cover, no drinking water, no water in early morning, booked double bedroom and got single bedroom. Those four nights dustbin has not been cleaned. Asked extra to pay for one hour late checkout.

A very worst experience i’m last 14 years of travel. Nothing was proper and good, even they extra money to pay after paid for the stay.

When my family and I first arrived at the hotel, we were assigned Room 208. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment—the room smelled of mold, water was leaking from the ceiling right next to the bed, and the bathroom ceiling was damaged. It was a terrible experience for all of us. After voicing our concerns to the receptionist, we were moved to Room 211, which was a significant improvement—cleaner and much more comfortable. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to offer a room like 208 and tell guests to either take it or get a refund. Completely disgraceful!

Unfortunately, i forgot to click photos of that room, there was falling water drop from ceiling and bathroom was very dirty. Tv not working and not providing cleaning staff. Not satisfied at all

Very worst stay ever, room was not cleaned properly, simply charged extra 500 after booking. Bathroom was not cleaned properly,

The rooms and the bed was so good, very comfortable and clean, had a good time over there

I loved the space in the rooms we had booked. It made my kids enjoy fully. They loved roaming around the room.

Check-out went without any problems. Overall, i had an excellent experience with the reception. Fantastic hotel and staff was very helpful.

0 services, rude behaviour at front desk. . The room is terrible and water is leaking in room and the fan makes lots of noise and ac was not working and room with not at all clean

It was like a dream stay in this hotel. Surely has to visit next time here with my entire family.

Hotel was not meant for family it’s like dirty & unsecure room, too dangerous to stay there & don’t recommend anyone please,

Bad maintenance and service, terrible bathroom

That place was decent and clean with a good odor. I would definitely suggest this to anyone. The receptionists are friendly and give a quick response to the customer.
