The photos in the application and the hotel is different. The ambiance is different. The property manager shifted to another hotel

When I go to hotel they saying no room...very dirty ...No good at all...then I told them I booked room from online...then saying we have another property... disgusting....he alloted the room.

Stayed here just for a night and loved it. The hotel was clean and tidy, staff behaviour was also positibe, and it felt perfect for solo travelers.

I stayed alone for three nights and loved the quiet atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

bed linen was not changed its dirty previous guest used linen and full of hair and stains if you stay ask them to change the linen

That place was an absolute travesty, paid in full thinking my room would be in decent condition. But the rooms were an absolute piece of trash. Sadly the staff were no better than the state of the rooms. In the end wasted my money, time and energy down the drain. Worst experience ever

Good staff, rooms are good as per the standards of budget hotel, excellent location. You get food options right outside the hotel. Cleanliness of bathroom is above par.

Unsatisfactory room, quality of service and amenities. No free breakfast as mentioned, rents are also more than amenities as it located close to us consulate.

Cleanliness is too poor, no drinking water provided. Showers not working. Very badly maintained.

Firstly food is not served in the hotel, not even water. They are not provided with hot water, complimentary soap, shampoo, tooth paste.

Good staff and clean rooms. But pictures on the shown are different than the actual. Actual looks quite run down.

The hotel staff asked me extra money to give me the room for which i booked for and when i denied he gave me a very small congested room and also denied me give water bottles which was complimentary in the price that i paid. He keeps telling me that the room actual price is not what shown. It is higher than that, and you'll have to pay extra to get your room. I totally advice everyone to not book this property.

Wonderful place with an extremely nice connectivity and accessibility to the us consulate, chennai. The room and washroom were clean and their was a peculiar scent of fresh aroma whenever i entered the room. The only negative feedback i have is that the geyser wasn't functioning. If they fixed it. This will be the perfect place for anyone visiting chennai for us visa process. You didn't tell me about flight delay maa-bom

The hotel rooms were not hygienic and the washroom was also not hygienic. The overall ambience was dirty actually. They didn't provide complementary breakfast in spite of booking the complementary breakfast option in mmt. When i asked them about they refused that they are on mmt. The intercom was not working. So every-time i needed something, i had to go to ground floor from 2nd floor. They gave a mobile number for anything needed but they never received that one. The bathroom geyser got short-circuit while using with a blast sound. Overall experience was terrible.

Location was best for us consulate visa interview. But room stay was not good. They provided dirty towel and mosquitos were around. No water no food options and no soap in the toilet.

Breakfast was not given. No drinking water even. I have paid with breakfast

The hotel staff r not professional and overall hygiene and cleanliness needs improvement.

There was total difference between what i saw and in person. Not cleaned, torn-ed towel, no proper amenities, no proper tv connection, intercom- the landline itself disconnected. This is the worst experience and will never recommend this to anyone.
