Waste water from bathroom did not drain even after 1 hour. AC was not fully functional Chair and table was dancing. Cannot be used Poor interiors

Caught was metal one giving sound. Room, Bedsheets and quilt not cleaned.remotes were broken

No Tv no Ac remote no cleaned bathroom or nothing.... waste of money so please skip this hotel all

They didn’t allowed me and my wife to stay, u am 21 + age my wife is 18+ age still they didn’t allowed us to stay saying they want all customers to be age more than 20 - One of the worst response from management also the make my trip representative is not connectable u need refund

Beds are broken and service also bad

Terrible horror bhut bangla no water glass no tea arrangement no refrigerator dirty toilet no geyser dim light no proper reception & more & more problems all are requested to not book the same property

The checking experience was good but room hygiene was very poor. The bathroom drainage was blocked and we can’t shower.

Very worst to stay here and no towel for bathing and no one listening here and will never book through make my trip and worst hotel

Location is ok. But hotel staffs were very unwelcoming. They won't even respond to your call properly and sometimes you have to go down and call for them. No food available nor can you order tea, coffee or anything. They have one dining table but no restaurant, no food, nothing. Only water they will give. I paid extra for complimentary breakfast and when i reached there, they said no brkfast available and they didn't even care to help me out with the refund. They asked me to contact mmt customer care instead. Hotel is very much not maintained. Room wall was broken and damp. Sometimes no running water in the bathroom. Bathroom was also dirty, already used bucket was there. Bedsheet was dirty, full of small hairs. Pillows were too too too dirty, they didn't even change. Towel, toiletries were given only when u asked for it. So far, the most terrible experience i had in this hotel. Spoil t my stay i highly do not recommend this hotel to anybody. Nothing is available. The next day itself i had to change hotel even though i had paid for 3 days and i didn't get refund also. Never book this hotel if your looking for a comfortable stay. No cleanliness, nothing.

It was a horrific experience. The staff is not at all helpful and no basic necessities are provided in the room. Also it was so unhygienic and in a pathetic state

property location was bad, car cannot go inside that road the toilet was not clean, we asked the property manager to get it cleaned but our ask was denied

Bed was good. Ac and fan was working good. Toilet wash spray was leaking. Door was not clean. Floor was clean. Room was good ambient.

Room not clean they don't have cold water as well. Bed quality is too bad not recommended for people who look for luxury for budget trip it's fine but not recommended

Our room offered fantastic views. It was clean and comfortable, making our stay wonderful.

I didn't have a hard copy of my addhar card he had charged me 300 rupees for that, since i came at 1 o'clock i had no option but to debate on that and i had paid 300. Pathetic hotel is not suggest-able to anyone.

Room booked but not allowed to check, said room is not vacant, take another hotel. Useless hotel doesn't even refund the money

I booked and paid in advance, but the hotel denied giving me room. Don't go to this hotel again. I need my refunds.

I was not happy with the service level. Unless we request the customer support don't provide soaps, towels and other amenities. There was regular current cut

Only good for couples who are looking for action for a short time. For stay it's quite unpleasant with dirty washrooms and no cutleries unfunctional ac remotes. Since i wanted a place close to airport and didn't want to spend much hence opted for this option.
