Hotel rooms are not clean and toilets are like public toilets and staff behaviour is rude and didn’t even provide bath towel also and no bathroom mats they are demanding extra money even they didn’t provide water

I have paid for the breakfast but the hotel refused to provide it, also the hotel condition is very pathetic, i cannot describe the washroom. Very poor experience with mm t

I really telling that, this was my first experience in OYO collection hotel really good as compared to I was stay before this expect night time hot water, everything room, lighting, fan, AC, bed, bed sheet, towels, bathroom everything cleaned & nicely placed Thank you OYO for this! 😇.

Location wise it is good. But room and bathroom are not clean. No hot water in the bathroom. Ac was not working.

It’s good considering the rates.. You can not expect 3 star experience.. basic needs are fully guaranteed like clean room, clean bathroom, AC, TV and decent breakfast (if included in your package like masala dosa + Upma ).. you cannot expect multiple option in breakfast + swimming pool + shaving kit + toothbrush kit etc etc... Overall it’s good to hotel to stay after having Darshan of Sai Baba

Very bad experience. Booked 3 bed room property provide 2 bed room n extra mattress. No response from mmt or hotel.

We booked our hotel for two days. Firstly, they have given us a room which was smelling with cigarette. Then after complaining, we got new room but washroom was not properly clean. Second, we gave our keys for room service and cleaning but they didn’t do the cleaning even after 10 to 12 hours. However, it is near to the sai darshan but it is not fit for luxurious stay.

Check-in and check-out was smooth. Rooms are not so good as shown in the picture. Pillows and blankets are in very bad condition not washed. There was a pungent smell coming from pillows and blankets. Bathroom were not cleaned. Bucket and mug were very dirty. Basin was not cleaned. Looking at bathroom felt very pukish. Hot water was not available at night. It is only from morning 5-10. Very unpleasant stay. Not recommended even if you are looking for a budget stay. Servicing is very bad not on time. Owner is very irresponsible.

-complementary breakfast was not provided. - we were stuck in lift for 20mins - service staff were cold. Didn't clicked pics as it wasn't expected from mmt. The hotel was not upto the standard

I just booked with breakfast this hotel just only selected this hotel. After having breakfast hotel told us you have to pay for this. When i told them i already paid, i just booked with breakfast. They denied for free breakfast and i have paid for the breakfast. Totally disappointed

In every moment they are doing fraud with customers. They showing something & giving something. Big lier ever seen in this field

Stayed for one night , bathroom terrible insects were crawling in commode as well as in bathroom . Very dirty , bucket & mug were slimy. AC not working, telephone not working . Very slow service .Booking included breakfast. BUT THEY CHARGED FOR BREAKFAST.Overall stay very bad. Will not recommend to anyone 😞
