Collection O Shining Suites Near Erragadda Metro Station

Pros: 1.Price= 700-800 per night 2. Housekeepers were polite 3.It has 2 car parking (indoor garage) and few bikes can be parked. cons: 1.Lift was out of order 2. Bathroom has some bad smell 3. Floor/Carpet was not clean 4. Bed had stains 5. Broken Toilet

They asking for extra price and rude behaviour

Great experience, make my trip and hotel both supported great.

Did not stay as the hotel charged extra amount. So, i wish to go back to other stay options. Manager is not supportive at all. He said payment done in makemy trip is not get counted. We have to pay complete amount i. E. Rs. 1400 to book a stay

Room was not cleaned even though booking they denied for room saying water is not available for bathing overcharged rs 400 extra saying if u need room u need to pay or else u can claim refund from make my trip. After paying full payment they have charged extra rs 400

Extra amount collected hotel management team.

Once we reached the property. They told me it's sold out. I am a regular customer in make my trip. I lost my trust on this service.

This kind is not suitable for professionals. Very much disappointed, had bad experience. Don't decide by seeing the pics.
