Ok type room, ok type service but location is near Railway Junction, tariff of rooms is high than it deserves, parking is not there.

⭐ 1/5 – One of the Worst Hotel Experiences. Completely Misleading and Highly Unhygienic. Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below any acceptable standard. To begin with, the photos shown on MakeMyTrip were completely misleading. The rooms displayed on the app looked clean and well maintained, while the actual rooms we received were entirely different and in very poor condition. It genuinely felt like we were misled into booking this property. The cleanliness was shockingly poor. The rooms were dusty, untidy, and not maintained at all. The washrooms were extremely dirty, with unhygienic buckets and bathroom items that clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. This made the entire stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Basic facilities were missing as well. The bedsheets and bedding were not satisfactory, adding to the discomfort. There was no proper ventilation, making the room feel suffocating. On top of that, no kettles or tea sachets were provided, despite these being listed as part of the room amenities. This clearly shows mismanagement and false promise. We had booked two rooms, and in one of them, the door key did not work at all. Every time we needed to enter, we had to wait for the supervisor to come and open it. This was incredibly inconvenient and highly unprofessional. What makes the situation even worse is that this property is listed on a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip. Such a poor-quality hotel should not be allowed on the platform, as it completely misguides customers. Due to this experience, we have lost trust in MakeMyTrip.

A very pathetic experience in an unhygienic room terrif is very expensive according to the room.Staff behaviour was very rude * breakfast they have only Dosa & Idli . Overall a very bad stay.

it is easy to find in uber/ola, on the main road. every thing was as mentioned on website large room

It was a good stay but the bedsheet should have been clean it was a bit rough may be it was unwashed.

hotel was good. but bathroom is to small, water is to hot to bath, fridge is also small can't accommodate two water bottles

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent hotel stay. I made the booking through MakeMyTrip, which in turn booked the hotel through OYO. Unfortunately, there was no electricity in the hotel from 12 PM to 9 PM, due to some consequences between property owner and hotel owner, causing extreme discomfort throughout the day. After several complaints, the MakeMyTrip team finally agreed to shift us to another hotel. However, no transportation or convenience allowance was provided. The hotel owner initially told us to wait 10 minutes as he would personally drop us at the new hotel, but even after waiting for over 1 hour, he never turned up. Eventually, we had to book a cab at our own expense. The hotel we were shifted to had a very small room as compared to this with no basic amenities. Overall, it was a terrible and frustrating experience with poor coordination between MakeMyTrip and OYO, as well as extremely unprofessional service by the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
