They told me to pay more to give a room which i had booked in make my trip and even there were no packed water service also so i had to pay extra excluding the money which i had already paid in makemytrip

The hotel manager said rooms for that tariff is not available after we reached the hotel. We had to struggle for more than an hour and he finally gave a room which is under construction

I booked a room including breakfast but they not provided breakfast there is no breakfast in this hotel then why are you take bookings including breakfast

It was good, bangalore main city, so many places near to this hotel, such like lalbagh botanical garden, iskon temple, orion mall, trade center, cubbon park etc

The bed was comfortable, and the stay was very nice.

Location not near city, not washed pillow bedsheet with soil. Not working heater, rat available in room, our food eaten by rat(mouse), cushion expired spring mattress & online booking consider as a cheapest person and extra amount asking. Interior ok but can't maintain properly. Excretion wast on closet top.

The affordable service, respectful staff, and spacious rooms make it all worthwhile. I believe my entire investment was worthwhile due to my hotel stay.

The stay shown in the pictures and the room given there was entirely different and it was non ac. They didn't provide power in the room for a couple of hours. It was totally a terrible experience
