Rooms were very unclean; there were cockroaches in the room and seepage on the walls. Breakfast was included in my booking, but the hotel said the kitchen does not open until 12 in the afternoon. They denied late check-out to me, telling me it's 200 rs per hour.

Room needed to be more clean and bedsheet and blanket were very dirty.

room not clean. and receptionist demand extra money for early check in. kichen service is good.. please don't. book this hotel.

Totally waste of money..Sirf Hot water hi aaraha he null se...and null tap also was broken, room ki deewar par seelan hai, bed sheet gandi hai, towel bhi gande he.. and morning 7 am ko kisi bhi department me call karo, they aren't answering your call , reception par chal kr jana padta he...Aur macchar bahut jyada hai, complaint karne par bolte hai ki aapne batana tha coil lagwa dete....bahut gandi hotel hai..

Hotel is for mosquitos not for humans, not so hygeine

Unhygienic and unhealthy condition, mosquitos are everywhere, we were not able to sleep due to mosquitos

Nice hotel, location at good place you get everything there. Hotel food ok. Staff good and price is also good.

Good place to stay but the only problem arises for those who are vegetarian because tha hotel menu includes nonveg also. Room service is good room cleaning is also ok

Property location is ok, but here after 7 pm getting local transport is hard. Waste of money for the service, ac noising ; for hot water wait first half or hour for coming hot water from solar, which is depends on whether if ther is clouded then forget it. Dinner / lunch / breakfast ok ok qulity at heigher price no lift here rooms are available from 1st flore or 2nd floar

Property is nice, staff is also friendly. I loved the stay. Food was not good. I ordered the breakfast but taste was really bad and not worth the amount. Outside food is not allowed so have to manage with it. Rest everything is ok.

Rooms were not neat. The bedsheets and cushions were not fresh. There were blood marks all over the walls. Also we found two small lizards in our room. Rest ok

Hotel was fairly priced and location was at the heart of city, but bed linens was not clean and no breakfast provided even after various calls. Highly disappointed.

Location is good but food is not good they didn't serve quality as per cost. (agar sabji jala gya ho to wo b hi khila dengue lekin dusra bna k nahi dengue baht ghatiya cook hai sabji jala k khilata hai)

The accommodation unexpectedly asked for additional ₹600 very rudely for the stay or declined check-in. The experience was disappointing.

Delist this hotel as the hotel does not allow check in without paying extra cash , as they say the online rates are too less and we cannot allow you check in. I had one of the worst experience with my family in this booking. Rather book a lodge , but don't go to this hotel. Not felt safe for Couples. Rooms are full of Mosquito 🦟, Smells Foul Poor Staff management Arrogant Desk Manager

Bed was very dirty and smelly. Bed had clearly food strain. Towel was so dirty that you can't even wipe your leg from it. Receptionist not agreeing on booking amount, ask-in for extra money by saying makemytrip has wrong pay chart. Overall it was bad experience

Hotel staff behaviour kaafi shahi hai, dinner test is too much good and market ke centre main hai toh koi diktat ni hui

My stay was really pathetic. We have booked thats why they gave us bad room where ac was not working. They dont provide u cold water, u have to buy from outside. Our booking includes breakfast also but they didnt provide us, we asked for brkfst. They said that in their system its not showing. Please dont visit this hotel. Really very bad
