The olive star hotel at mysuru is a average hotel with minimum amenities. The staff is not responsive. There was no one at the reception in the morning to respond to us. Even the intercom calls were not responded. While booking there was complementary breakfast but when asked they said breakfast not there. Hotel is not maintained & not upto the mark.

Bedsheet was not clean, got some ittiching because of that. Ac was not cooling even at the lowest temperature

Budget friendly stay in the area and easily accessible from tourist places. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Prompt service

The experience at the hotel was very bad. The hotel staff was very rude. The basic amenities such as ac and power switch were not working.

The building is 40years old. Everything is outdated. Ac, fan makes too much noise. Bed, chairs, blankets, towels are old. Bathroom are stinking and bathroom fittings are too old. No wi-fi, no intercom. M. As a family we did not feel comfortable staying here. Not worth the price. But the hotel is located in good place.

Worst hotel. No maintenance. Worst room and bathroom. Not clean. Water sepage is there. Ac not working properly. Bedspread not changed. Old one given. Tron bed spread. Stingy smell. Couldn't even stay in room. I checked 2 to 3 room. All same condition. Please don't book this hotel. Your trip will be spoiled. Old curtains. Wall broken. Bathroom also many things were broken. Adjusted and kept. If u book room your day will be gone. Stay away from this hotel. Don't book this hotel by seeing price. Very bad.

Rooms are clean, room service is proper, fan is working and how we have ac we have settle with ac. Side walls are damaged with black marks due to rain.

Waited for 2 hours for check in, when checked room was stinky washroom was terrible walls were very dirty bucket not cleaned don't know how to use, first time trust went from mm t this kind of pathetic hotels and after paying extra for breakfast hotel denied for it stating your booking is 1400- it should be above 1500- and we booked for breakfast paying extra so there should not be any hassle in morning we got very bad experience. I would suggest people do not book here if u want peace to stay u will get mentally upset with there behaviour and unhygienic. Please request u ppl don't book this hotel n picture image is not same there is no lawn no lift working if u stay in higher floor need to go by walk only.

Very horrible experience ever. Rooms are uncomfortable and bathroom flush and taps not working. Charging sockets not working and fans not working properly, rooms are suffocating. Not recommended at all.

Water was not provided even after many calls. Finally by saturday night we got the water bottles. Tv in the room was not working. Was also not fixed while i left also. Car parking is not enough for more than 10 cars. Evening i left for shopping and roaming around the city, when came back no parking available. Food - is available at their own restaurant, but they charge tax on water bottle as well. Charged inr 2. 00 for the 10 rupees bottle. When i asked for warm water the waiters were responded awkwardly. As if like first time they heard about water.

Hotel looks good outside. But inside rooms, not clean, lot of cockroaches and fungus in bathroom. Lift has vulgar words written around. I have booked with breakfast, but in hotel there is no breakfast facility. After questioning, they sent to restaurant next to this building and asked to have limited breakfast there. I felt uncomfortable with overall service. If there is not breakfast, remove it while booking. Hotel is misguiding and taking more many for breakfast though facility not there.

Location wise the property is located at a convenient place but the property is not at all maintained. Be it ac, bed, toilets, elevator. Everything needs upgradation

Complimentary breakfast was not served, as we had the same included in our package. Hotel denied to serve any food. Also, we were given only 2 (500ml) bottles of water for 2 persons (in one room. Additional bottles were charged rs 15 / bottle, whereas the mrp on bottle shows rs. 10. On first day of stay, no plates or spoons were available in hotel. First time, we have come across a hotel in prime location where there are no facilities provided, except the beds. Basic amenities like toothpaste, brush, shampoo are not provided. There's no mirror in washroom.

Rooms were not cleaned and bedsheets were too old. They provided tv with one channel where that also was proper. Lighting and fans were not working properly. Hotel looks good only from outside. It's really waste of money. Room was stinking very badly. I would rate 1 star for this hotel

Booking was with breakfast. Mmt invoice showed the same. But hotel denied us the breakfast saying we need to contact mmt as they don't have the update

Wonderful, clean location. Spacious airy room and toilet. Queer placement of tv! electricals unfair (some switches/functions do not work. Room isn't very hygienic. We got house keeping to change the bedsheet and the pillow covers. Overall, good enough for a budget stay.
