Terrible stay, Asks extra payment for listed amentities

I was travelling for work, booked this stay since it was near to where i wanted to be. The rooms are not at all hygiene and especially the bathroom, it had leaky plumbing and also a leaky bucket was provided. That's not even the worst part they list TV and Air conditioning as amentities provided but Television didn't have any signal (they don't recharge their dish provider and if asked about tv they respond it's a signal issue when it's not). if you're okay to adjust with all these they'll ask you for an extra payment for AC remote, when asked about extra payment they answered you'll be given an AC room without the option to operate the AC. If you want to turn on the AC you've to pay additional cash, really pathetic from the staff management. Also they won't provide any towels, water or nothing. Honestly if you're looking for a good stay avoid this hotel and just book the staymazing property which is right next door (Shown as elegant residence in google map)
