Give this OYO Recep and his assistant the worst service

coupleI am seriously very disappointed by the receptionist who charged us extra on 20th feb when we tried to check in mentioning that the amount paid was just for the reservation so i responded that’s totally false.I could have just left with the refund which he refused to return and I was with my wife, totally exhausted from a 34 hour journey most importantly she’s in her monthly situation. I make everything done accordingly to her liking mainly when she’s having this monthly thing so that she doesn’t lose her temper, she feels really uncomfortable so I always want her to just lie down and relax . Stating everything at the end I had to pay mainly reason it was already late. Really disappointing people,one more thing about Chennai why does all, i mean every cab services call us 30 seconds right after booking asking for the drop location and the price showing then he’ll ask us for extra. Most i meet made me not wanna visit ever, most people forget they carry their identity,
