Worst experience ever I faced, real rooms are terrible

when we arrived at the property we were shocked because the property owner submitted the wrong photos of the property that was by the side of this one and when i asked for the pics of the resort they only sent me one room video to lure us and take money . they receptionist sunil was rude he even said to cancel our booking. The rooms were smelly , no room service, it was the most terrible experience for any group. the photos of the pool, resort and other things were wrong.

moisture smelling rooms. ants are running on bed. selling is damage. bathroom tap not manage.. evn they diclin for water at 11pm only. tv was there but there is no set up for viewing.

do not book please since the rooms they show is cottage and they are offering rooms in different old building which is not good at all for money

no manegement ,no staff very bad experience in check in time, rude behaviour staff , no maintenance

Good place to stay with family. Also good staff who’s guiding about all the activities to do in Goa. Very convenient to travel to beaches nearby area.

Poor room service, poor quality food, smell in the room, furniture and ambience not maintained. Intercom not available. Location is good but not utilised to the possible extent.

we booked online came with family nice rooms with meat and clean washroom staff very supportive special thanks to Shilpa we would come back again .

The staff was unhelpful and rude when i reported the issues. The advertised amenities, like the pool and gym, were either closed or in poor condition. On top of that, the wi-fi barely worked, making it impossible to get any work done. For the price i paid, this was completely unacceptable. The room was horrible not at all clenliness the door lock was rotted bedsheet and beds are not cleaned glass in the room ware broken the wifi connection only get in the reception not in the room. Overall very bad

Room was bad without any soap dustbins and blankets, bad smell, it not recommended for any one don't go for that

The bathrooms are in a terrible state in the resort. I have stayed at budget hotels but the condition of bathrooms have been way better than here. Travellers should completely avoid staying here. Though the location is good but the property is very ill maintained.

Value for money. Location is close to beach. Pool is of good size and can accommodate 20 people easily. Management needs to pay attention on facility uplift.
