Colonel Beach Villa | Rooms & Wi-Fi

I had come to this stay with a couple of my friends and we had a fantastic experience. We stayed for 2 nights. The location is absolutely breathtaking. The beach is super clean and private to the villa. What adds to the mix is how helpful the staff there is. Some really good Kerala food 3 times of the day. The owner of the hospitality colonel was just great to interact with helping us with connections in the town for houseboats and vehicle rentals. For the price asked. I can guarantee there is no other place in this town better than this. I can guarantee that you will have a blast. Thanks again to the colonel for making our stay phenomenal.

Had a chance to stay for 2 nights. Overall a good and value for money property right in the beach - location is great. Staff are friendly - basically it’s a 7 room property with 2 staff. Food needs to be ordered few hours prior and choices are limited, but tastes good. Probably the only negative thing is lack of adequate fencing boundaries. And hence, stray dogs & cats frequent the property - even into the dining area, kitchen and upstairs. Hope the owner takes care of soon, by fixing the fences. Overall a recommended property.

Rooms are absolutely normal but the location of this Colonel Beach Villa | Rooms & Wi-Fi is out of the world. One should not go anywhere to see sunset but right outside your Colonel Beach Villa | Rooms & Wi-Fi or even from a balcony view. Literally you'll hear waves at nights in your room and what else can be more soothing than that. Other than this rooms are normal, no hot water and even there were few cockroaches here and there but who cares when you get a private beach to enjoy sunset with your girlfriend !

We were a total of 7 people with three kids(1y, 4yrs, 8yrs. The location is awesome. The staff(kapil & vijay) were awesome. They helped us out with food and milk for our 1 yr old. They were constantly following up on what we want. Just inform them what you want before one hour and the food would be made from scratch. They buy everything fresh after you inform them of your order. The owner helped us out massively. To summarise this stay will be with me all my life in a wonderful way. It was pure bliss.

Its an excellent sea facing property with a good clean beach. You need to ask for the up-stair rooms if you want a excellent view from your room. We got ground floor room from were the view is partially blocked by the fence. They serve food but you need to p reorder and the options are limited. But you can order food from zomato. Laundry service is being provided by a near by household. Overall the experience was excellent. The caretakers are very nice. You will definitely like the overall experience.

Excellent location if you are looking for a peaceful beach front property away from the crowd. The house rules said that outside food would nit be permitted, but in reality they will permit. The very few items that they had served based on our order were tasty but the options were very very limited. The complementary breakfast was horrific as it had no value for money. The quality of breakfast too was disappointing. The overall experience barring the food was pretty good.

Hi, staff of the facility was good enough to guide us the way to reach also not took much time for check in even we reach in late night. We received coffee just after reach which was refreshing. Room was clean but the blanket was having sand and deposited dust particles. Blanket should be replaced with every stay. The front view of the room is just mesmerising as it is covered with greenery all around and front is by sea beach. Feels like private beach.

Pros: awesome and friendly host. Unparalleled view of the arabian sea cons: no geyser in the room (but the owner helped me with a hand-held electric heater but sadly that didn't work too. Generosity is the key positive here) lizards and centipedes came into the room through the bathroom vent hole and drain hole food was awesome but very limited options only verdict: to view mesmerizing sunset beauty from the roof deck, this property is one of the best!

The whole group loved the property. All enjoyed so much, the beach, the people there are so friendly.

It’s a amazing view and with superb breakfast from vijay. We enjoyed a lot infront of the beach and also enjoyed the food.

In last minute, they changed the room. But location is awesome. Comfortable stay. Food was tasty. Best beach villa. Overall, recommended to all

Location of the resort is lovely and beach facing cottage was nice. Just 50mts away from beach and cool place to spend your evening. Sea wave are slight harsh hence not suitable to play in water. Rooms are are decent

The stay was overall nice. Room was good. All clean and tidy. The beach is just infront of this place. The staff behaviour and services were good. Only negative thing is the water in the bathroom and wash is salty. Everything else was just fine. Good vibes and great ambiance.

Overall it was a good experience. We checked in very late and they welcomed us and also allowed us to checkout late. It was a very peacefully place. Room were not that good. But with that beach view it all overcomes. You must go there.

It's very calm and peaceful place with private beach

Location having a beautiful view of arabian sea having practically a private beach with very less tourist. Owner is very supportive. Overall stay make my day in kerela. Must visit at-least once. Food menu should be improved.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was testy and good. Room ac was not working properly but okay.
