Makes for easy access to markets, hospitals, etc. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The linen was fresh and clean, no dust on the tables (might seem insignificant but often overlooked at even top Colonel's Retreat 2 | Rooms in a Homestays. The staff is extremely courteous. Mr. Naveen (the caretaker/property manager) is helpful and resourceful. The breakfast is quite good as well. Limited options but well made. Overall, it is great, affordable option. You definitely get the bang for your buck. I’ve booked it twice and would book again.

I really enjoyed staying at this location with my wife. This homestay is located in the central area of delhi and hence very secure. I would highly recommend this place for family and couples. Special thanks to mr. Naveen for making our stay memorable. He provided us with all the guidance about the transport and the food markets. I would definitely visit this places again when i am in delhi next time.

2 nights and 3 days stay regarding my work at delhi and this place is just awesome. The rooms are so neat and clean & tidy. The hygiene point of view of my view is that the washroom, living area and dining areas are crystal clear. I am so happy with the manager's behaviour named navin. Humble, well mannered and lovely people around you.

I had to book this for my extended family, but i was skeptical initially. But when i visited the property, i was amazed to see how well managed it was. My stay at the colonial retreat was exceptional. It offered the best ambiance, with a homely feel and a very secure environment. The staff was outstanding, and the food was simply the best. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Only one suggestion from my side, there should be some variations in breakfast menu. Everyday we ate paratha, omlette and dosa. You cannot eat same breakfast for 4 days continuously

Home away from home. Clean rooms, helpful staff, stayed for a night and i was not disappointed. Breakfast was scrumptious however the choice was not elaborate but the meal was tasty.
