big rooms friendly staff comfortable stay overall

Room felt old and non secure, no windows, and the toilet roof is open didn't felt good and safe. The outside looks good but interior of the room wasn't good. Staff was best

The Price is Right and the location is perfect enough to access all of the attractions in Fort Kochi. This is not a luxury hotel but a boutique hotel that checks of all of the needs. Good Air conditioning, a pretty lobby , a soaking pool and spacious room. Staff are courteous and willing to help. Make sure to tell the staff if you intend to return late as the pull down the shutter to the entrance. We had to figure out how to get in by ourselves which was not great.

Location is great. Nearby there are multiple cafes, markets and restaurants. The rooms are average.

It is looking good at booking apps but the swimming pool is having some dust in water. The room is also very normal, the other side of the toilet is open to the room mate. It is not worth the money.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. First, there were cockroaches in the room, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Secondly, the bathroom door lock was broken – you could lock it from the inside, but it couldn’t be unlocked from the outside. If someone were traveling alone and accidentally locked the door, they’d be stuck inside until hotel staff came to open it after checkout time. That’s just a huge safety concern. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. They served chana sabji that tasted awful. When we complained, they brought it in from a roadside vendor and served it to us. Honestly, I’ve never encountered such a pathetic breakfast anywhere. In summary, don’t waste your time or money on this place. There are definitely much better options out there.

Located near fort kochi. Staff are courteous and go out of the way to help the guests. Restaurant is the only for breakfast. Not open for lunch and dinner. Maintenance could be better

A very good neat and clean rooms, but they have no restaurants and only a small kitchen which only serve to foreigners and which i feel a little discrimination

The staffs were cooperative and helpful but the rooms and the swimming pool needs to be maintained and improved.

Situated around fort kochi, this property is designed very tastefully. Mr. Kiran went out of his way to make it a comfortable stay for us. He guided very well us on our itinerary plans. Book the property without any doubt.

Rooms were ok. But the problem was with privacy. The door has a window with wooden blinds that can be accessed from outside. Room can be fully seen from outside including the bathroom

Located very near to tourist places like chinese fishing nets, fort kochi beach, fort kochi jetty boat station and in front of the seagull hotel

Our stay at nexstay colony artotel, fort kochi, cochin can be summed up in two simple words: clean and calm. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the entire resort exuded an atmosphere of peaceful serenity. If you're looking for a tranquil escape in a spotless setting, this resort is your perfect haven.

This hotel is very basic, room needs total renovation. Only the location is good. Not at all worth the price.

Location is good as it is close to many of the places to see in fort kochi. Hotel rooms however are a disappointment. Hardly much investment in making the rooms look good and liveable. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only the water area in the lobby section looks good. If owner is willing to invest and make the rooms look good then rating will improve.

There was not enough parking space. When we checked in the rooms were mediocre and there was no electricity. We waited for a while, but there was still no electricity. We were two girls. It didn't feel safe there. So we left the hotel right away. They wouldn't give us a refund. The staffs were polite, but they need to fix the hotel first.

Overall look and feel of the hotel is good. It’s close to all the tourist spots and receptionists speak to you well and help you out. There are a few issues. The shower does not work, the hot water does not work. I raised the issue several times and it was rather taken lightly. I was told there’s an issue with the air stuck in the pipe. It wasn’t fixed but i was told that it was. Me and my mother suffered. Breakfast wasn’t severed on time and the fan in the room was not working. The aesthetics alone are not useful, people need their basic functional needs met especially when they’ve been travel-ling for a long time. There are alot of hotel options in the area, please look for more and book basis reviews. I’d rate this one 2/10
