This Colva Residency is right next to the colva beach. Although the exterior area and gardens are not well maintained, the rooms are very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean and have direct view of the sea and the beach. The Colva Residency staff are responsive and friendly. The restaurant in the Colva Residency is shut now. But that’s not much of a challenge because there are beach shacks and other restaurants serving delicious dishes within 2 minutes walking distance from the Colva Residency.

This was my 2nd visit to Colva Residency and I must say they have improved a lot. While I booked the Colva Residency from MakeMyTrip breakfast was not included but they provided breakfast during our stay. The rooms were big, clean, location was best and managers and staffs were really helpful. They take prompt action whenever there is any concern. Thank you Colva Residency. I will visit you again. Keep it up.

Location is very good. Sea and beach both are visible. The rooms are good and the bathrooms are spacious. There is spacious lawn or garden in front of the building. But since it is a government property, maintenance of the lawns and gardens is poor. But location wise it would be hard to find a better property. Beach is just a whisker away. If i go to colva again i will book this property.

Very good property nearest to colva sea beach. The busand taxi stand is almost close to the Colva Residency. Outside repairing and beautification of the Colva Residency is very urgent. Hotel staff are very helpful and cordial and always ready to attend the guests. The restaurants and in-nearby places. I suggest also to open a restaurant in the Colva Residency premises of its own.

Colva Residency is located just opposite the beach, which makes for a great location. However, the property is not ok maintained and needs to raise its cleanliness standards. The in house restaurant also needs to add more to its menu. However, if you want to spend much of your time on the Beach, Colva Residency is a good choice.

Stayed at colva residency from dc 16 to 19. Hotel's location is good. Near the beach. Very good restaurants nearby, esp kentuckee. Lovely ambience. Room ok for a family of three. Helpful staff. Only suggestion. If painted it will look gorgeous. Government accommodation can look as good as private, if maintained well.

My hired car parked inside Colva Residency found damaged and guard denied about it and guard was even not there when I reported to reception but even then Colva Residency denied to support and investigate and I have to pay extra from my pocket for repair.
Facility physically was good but not well main ended.

It is a good budget Colva Residency. Sea beach just 50 meter away from the Colva Residency 2 minutes walking distance. Hotel rooms maintenance required, remote of fan is not working. To open the door of Colva Residency room you have to take assistance of Colva Residency staff. Overall OK to stay in.
