Comfort BnB

I stayed here for 10 nights from 11 Aug to 20 Aug, 2016. Pros: 1. A very comfortable, spacious (for 1 person) room with good AC. It has a doubled with good cushioned mattress. 2. Nice bathroom. It's triangular in shape and has basic amenities like geyser, shower, washbasin and commode. I found it comfortable to wash the clothes. 3. Cleanliness. The rooms are cleaned daily. 4. Tum-tum facility. There is a dirt road connecting the location with dilli haat/INA. There are battery-operated tum-tums which ply regularly on this road. They charge Rs 10 per person. You have to sit in a crowded position for a journey of around 10-15 min. The starting point is just Beside the Comfort BnB. 5. Helpful staff. The owner of the Comfort BnB is helpful and provides guidance for local commute etc. The staff help you get some stuff like bathing soap and getting your clothes ironed. 6. Tasty breakfast. They make tasty parathas which they serve with a very tasty pickle and curd. 7. 24 hour internet facility. 8. It's very close to AIIMS hospital. One can easily walk there within 20-30 min. Autos take 40-50 Rs to take you to AIIMS. Cons: 1. Slow internet. Many times I couldn't even open my emails. Very limited menu. Only breakfast is complementary. Even in that, you can have one of 2 parathas/2 eggs/veg sandwich/etc plus a cup of chai or coffee. Any additional items are pretty costly (e.g. Rs 80 for 2 boiled eggs). This was a disappointment considering that one has to pay Additional 200-300 Rs for the breakfast. Crowded locality. If one is not used to a polluted and crowded locality, she may not like the place. As the room was nicely air-conditioned, I was comfortable inside. The staff has a bad habit of switching off A/C main button when you leave the room (which is present in their cabin) and not switching it on when you come back. I had to tell them to Switch it on almost every time. That was quite annoying. Limited food joints in the locality. There is a chawla ji ki rasoi (a dhaba) just behind the Comfort BnB. But the food there is ok. I found the day food bad while the night food was better. The plus Point is that they charge on 60 Rs for rice plate with 4 tandoor rotis. Hygiene is not good. Another option is room service which has limited and costly options. There is a 'bengali sweet corner' nearby, but I did not try it. The staff did not change the bed-sheet daily. Out of 10 days of my stay, it was changed 6-7 times. Slow tap water in the bathroom. One has to wait till the bucket gets filled. Suspicious drinking water. Apparently there are only 2 options of drinking water. Either you buy bottled mineral water (which costs 35 Rs) or the staff gives you water from a tap in the balcony.

Location is very good. Rooms clean, Bathrooms was clean. There should be one sheet along with blanket as the same blanket is being used by many people and blanket is not washed frequently. One sache of dampoo alongwith soap will add value as it will not cost more than half rupees but helps when one needs that.
Location is good. Room was clean. Air-conditioner stabiliser was giving lot of noise. Probably, very frequent on or off of relay.

Everything is good other than service. Room service attitude can be improved with training Location:- a bit inside of I’m main road but easy to find with google maps Food:- homely and tasty Cleanliness - well maintained Faced issue of water as water was not available in bathroom for more than an hour but after informing to manager, it started in an hour

Hotel was nice but bathroom was not working well, shower was not functional, environment was like familiar environment cool and calm overall nice and pleasant stay there, I recommend all to stay there, specially persons going for AIIMS work because it is in walking distance. Nice Comfort BnB recommended by me to all persons.

Might come if nothing available in South Delhi. Did not like location. No help for Senior Citizen. May be good for teenagers. Wi-Fi works only on request. Part of room unclean dusty.. Owners family lives here. Guests walk up down. No intercom. Food only in room. No other place to sit, no lounge or common place for guests..

This very good Comfort BnB. Good service and comfortable stay. I would like visit again and again and again this Comfort BnB. This near the AIIMS Hospital. Hotel owner is very helpful and prompt service. First day I call Comfort BnB how to reach pic ph and guide us time to time. Thank for the Makemytrip give us discount

Location difficult to find out. We arrived at night.. Taxi driver had no idea about the location.. But service is great.. Excellent WiFi connectivity at all storeys. Good breakfast. Bathrooms clean. Rooms are big. Balcony present. Enjoyed the stay. It is a house converted for tourists stay. Overall a homely atmosphere.

Overall good experience. Very clean and neat room. Its location is quite interesting. Close to all important destinations in South Delhi. Though it is a very and it does not offer more than basic stay, however whatever they have it was quite good. Cleanliness and neatness is something that I was really happy about it.

Recommended if that you are planning for longer stays. Staff is helping. Hotel is great really. (just one suggestion, I do understand geyser working but still have some signs posted for hours of warm water operations for winters).

Hotel was good and comfortable, Very pleasant stay. It is near metro station(INA with 15 minutes travel with e-riksha). Food is good. Hotel Manager is very nice person. The hospitality is worth to pay for. Easy landmark is Bengali sweet corner. Would love to come again.

It was worth a stay with family. There was awesome environment in the room. There was no disturbance and cleanliness was really awesome. Hotel Owner Mr Chirag was very co-operative and humble in his dealings. Whenever we will be going for any event nearby this Comfort BnB, we will definitely stay in this Comfort BnB.

Great experience.. Host are wonderful and so cooperative.. 5 minutes ride from INA metro station, For food you must visit Delhi haat and try various food stall of various Indian states ( next to INA metro).

It's a good place to stay with family.. Room was clean.. Service was good too.. Best part is it's location.. It's in the heart of the city.. And there are many good restaurant available nearby.. Surely we would love to visit again..

We'll situated. Close to AIIMS. Rooms are very small. But we'll maintained and bathrooms are clean. Service is adequate. Adding a third bed left very little space to move or do anything at all. Fair number of eating joints near by. Did not try the in-house catering.

Everything fine, enjoyed my stay at Comfort. Room services are very good. Food quality is also good. Very near to INA so easy to access the market as well as business centers. Taxi, auto, e rickshaw are easily available. Overall very comfortable stay and nice experience.

The room was really nice and the environment is totally fine. Service is a bit late but the owner is really helpful and calm. Breakfast should cost a bit less. The bathroom of this Comfort BnB is really big in size
