Comfort Inn Dehradun

The property is located just beside the main road and is easily reachable from the Railway station. I reached the Comfort Inn Dehradun at 6:30 am in the morning but there were no guards on the gate. I called the reception and was received by the receptionist. I had to pay ₹1000 extra for pre-checkin. I got my room in a few minutes and the rooms looked great. Overall, my stay was good. I think some processes can be streamlined. It took a lot of time while checking out as all the chargeable services were not billed. I had to remind the receptionists to charge. Also, I left my slippers outside for some time and when later I came to look for it, it was not there. I tried breakfast on the last day of my visit and it was average and overpriced.

I had a wonderful experience at the comfort inn dehradun. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to Comfort Inn Dehradun super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I highly recommend this Comfort Inn Dehradun for anyone visiting downtown Dehradun.

This is our second visit to comfort inn. It has been a very comfortable stay everytime. The rooms are very good. Customer service has very good. Food was excellent. I feel its an underrated property. Just a suggestion if you can provide ice and branded mineral water complimentary. Also i missed green tea sachet in the room. I think it will really benefit if you pay attention to details these details. Other then this we had a very comfortable stay.

Hotel is relatively new. It's looks are good. We found that the front office was not aware of our booking as on checking in, they asked for payment, which we had paid in advance. Same thing happened when we were on sight seeing trip when we got a call that we have to check out as we have booked for one day. The moment i entered the Comfort Inn Dehradun, i knew it’s going to be perfect. Every room has a private balcony. It has a game room as well where we can play carrom board, table tennis and pool. The breakfast buffet had very items but according to me that’s fine. We got- upma, idle sambhar, sandwiches, bread butter, eggs, kulcha chole and there was 1 non veg item + milk, coffee, cornflakes and all.

Hotel staff and service was great. Rooms were clean and tidy, well maintained. Food at rooftop was great. They made it to your our liking as well. Price was room could be little better because it’s neither top class Comfort Inn Dehradun with all amenities and neither in prime location Comfort Inn Dehradun is little far from every location in dehradun can upgrade televisions with smart tv

We stayed here many time all-most it is comfereble as its name, but seeing the back comfert materess should less soft i know not only here. Always in all properties its comon donot forgett doctors advice and reqierment of all age group and bodies. Having a resort i try-ed and experience d this and. Excellent staff. High cleanliness standards. Good food. Awsome location luxurious rooms great views i just came here for a day but now i'm extending my stay just because i have come to like this Comfort Inn Dehradun so much. There a roof top restaurant and gigen the wether. Its raining. And it has just added to the scene. Light music. Peaceful. Just amazing

Clean rooms, friendly staff, timely room service, everything went smoothly. The washroom’s were clean too. Didn’t try the food though. Overall, a nice place

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable what impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff. They were always available to assist me with any requests, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

Booked on a short notice but happy to have a stay in this property. Cooperative staff, enjoyed wonderful ambience of skylounge, neatness and food was good indeed.
