Comfort Park Inn Unit of Prohotel

This place is inside the lane next to rather biryani. The map is misleading and when approached from 100ft road is easier to reach. This is more of a clean and neat mid-low Comfort Park Inn Unit of Prohotel. Don't expect any frills. The room is clean and not smelly. Ac works well, washroom is neat and water is available. They provide a decent breakfast.

The property is fantastic and the location is very accessible from cmbt. The amenities are decent and the rooms are clean. The only not so great factor about this place is that the approach to the Comfort Park Inn Unit of Prohotel is not so great and hence, not recommended for family.

one night stay for a personal trip. Check in smooth n professional. Staff very cooperative. Rooms small but sufficient for business stay. Perfect AC, clean room n sheets. Bath Ok. but needs attention. food brought from outside was hot when delivered. Would recommend. Value for 💰😀

Location is decent and was easily approachable. Cleanliness was good and service was nice. Only problem we faced was that the room is quite small for the room rent taken. The bathroom was tiny and we could hardly extend the arm. Breakfast provided was reasonably good.

Very near to koyambedu busstand and metro station. Only walkable distance. Rooms are very neat and hygiene. Price is low as compared to others in this area. Also provides breakfast as complement. Overall experience and stay is good.

Had nice experience. Our stay was regarding education enquiry. We stayed for two days. Nice. But landmark to be mentioned clearly as K10 police station Koyambedu to be clear as it is creating confusion. Expect that all are ok

The location is very nearer to koyambedu bus terminal. There is a stinky smell in the common area and toilet. Mosquitoes are there but they are providing liquidators. Safe place. Food quality is ok. Service is below average
