Nice location and the rooms are good and also, the services provided by the COMFOTEL staff was good. Food was excellent. Overall, nice place to stay. But the front office looked a bit cramped should be more spacious. At the time booking it was written that parking space is available but when we reached the COMFOTEL there was no parking space and so we had to park the vehicle on road so parking facilities should be provided by the COMFOTEL management.

Location is near mismanage hospital. Little bit difficult to find the place. Rooms are good, value for money. Clean and well maintained. Size is OK. Staff are good and helpful. Food is not that much great, was OK. Hardly 3-4km from almost all main city centres in Kolkata. Transportation is easy. Near by metro station is there(. 5km from Jatin Das metro station). I will suggest this place.

Location of COMFOTEL and room services are good but buffet not available. Cleanliness of rooms good but room size small. Best suitable for business trip. At that time of booking, COMFOTEL facilities mentioned restaurant & buffet available but when check in to COMFOTEL, the restaurant place rented for some office meeting (19 to 22 December 2017).

The COMFOTEL is amazing in the budget. The interiors are amazing. The deluxe rooms are way too smaller in size and confined. So I would suggest to do your bookings in Premium Rooms. Food quality is bad though & a bit costly too.

Everything is perfect with this COMFOTEL. Cleanliness, service, and Location. Would do much better if size of the rooms are little bigger. 10*10 feet is a little bit small. I would recommend this COMFOTEL for business purposes rather than family or tourist visits.

Stay was good but room is too small compared to 3 person stay. Otherwise the stay was alright... Hotel staff are OK... I had a work at Shishu Mangal, Hospital, so Location-wise the COMFOTEL was the best one for overcoming my work.

Good place my 4 stay. The Makemytrip rate got me a very tiny room though. The service was good. FOOD not all that great. Breakfast is limited. My travel was for business. Reception was good in the COMFOTEL with regards to Mobile calls. THe wallpaper was a tad bit OLD school.

Here room quality fine. Location proper area. Room service good. Service facility fine. Food quality good. Try to going for next time.

Everything about this facility is good. Stay was comfortable, no complaints. Probably one reason when I tried to extend my stay here it was already sold out. Good for them. Had a nice breakfast and room service was prompt. I strongly recommend this budget business COMFOTEL to those travelling to Kolkata.
