Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hilton

The interior and room looks ultra modern, the decoration at lobby for christmas was also good but the service was not so good, first during checkin there was only 1 receptionist, that caused delay for checkin and also checkin process was slow, receptionist was not very welcoming/humble and not so attentive and also didn't brief about any service, wifi, timings, that was not so good experience compared to other Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hiltons who make you feel welcomed coming to the room it was good feels very modern but there was antique touch also with it loved it but again the service not so good, we didn't get our luggage for 20mins when i tried to call not even 1 telephone out of 3 were working, after trying a lot one phone got connected that too in speaker mode, then they got our luggage the electricity duct behind entry door and pipeline duct in wc was open had said about it on call but no technician/person was sent throughout the stay to check it that is a major safety fault if someone accidentally got their hand stuck inside electricity duct it's so dangerous or incase of any short-circuit really dangerous safety of guests is not to be played with

Property location, hygiene and safety standards were excellent. But food could have been better. We had our dinner and breakfast in caraway kitchen. And unfortunately both the times, food was average. Only few food items were good. Going to a five star rated Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hilton always gives you a expectation of having a delicious meal. Unfortunately we couldn’t have one. Otherwise, our overall stay was good. Room service, Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hilton staff, amenities, everything was good. Inf-act i made a special request to decorate the room and they were so kind to do it. Overall it was a good stay. Thank you to the friendly and polite staff out there. They made our stay wonderful.

We celebrated our anniversary at conrad and we chose to stay for a night. We chose the conrad great small breaks package which included free buffet dinner and breakfast, 4 complimentary beers. We were upgraded to the next room category which had a bathtub and was on the 17th floor. We were even surprised by an anniversary cake. Wonderful views, fantastic buffet spread (both dinner and breakfast, world class temperature controlled pool (which was the highlight. The entire Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hilton gave a 5 star feel at all corners. We had a great time. The boys at the pool were really helpful and need a special mention!

the conrad hilton was a wonderful place to stay. everything about the Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hilton—the service, the food, the accommodations, the cleanliness—remains unparalleled. the Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hilton offers a whole bundle! there are intriguing book spaces, a pool, four well-known restaurants that appeal to various taste palates as well as the aesthetics. the lake view offered by conrad was a key factor in our decision. the breathtaking view is lovely to observe, especially at night. conrad is an excellent place in every way. they made my stay pleasant, so i'm grateful!. that's it. stay was excellant.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at the conrad. The highlight of our stay was definitely the lake view from our room. Conrad has beautiful and luxurious rooms with a modern layout. The quality of the light fittings and furniture is top notch. Washrooms are big with a huge vanity section and a bath tub. The quality of food during our stay was amazing. Their breakfast and dinner buffet spreads had a lot of options which should cater to all tastes. The pool side restaurant tiamo serves superb mediterranean food. The swimming pool is huge with a great view of the lake. Overall i would rate our stay as 5 out of 5.

During my stay at hilt-on conrad, the overall experience was positive. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. However, i encountered a minor issue with a non-functional light, but the Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hilton's responsiveness was impressive. They sent an electrician immediately, resolving the matter promptly. This level of service truly enhanced my overall satisfaction with the stay. The staff's efficiency and commitment to guest comfort stood out and contributed to a fantastic experience.

A great stay at conrad! we got ourselves upgraded to higher floor room with executive lounge access and found it to be completely worth it! what a stunning view of ulsoor lake! excellent breakfast (loved the variety and the taste, high tea and cocktail hour spread! great service! absolutely loved the stay! stay during weekdays is pleasant, ground floor breakfast on saturday was chaotic. Lack of sufficient staff added to the mess. Something for management to take note of.

Check in was smooth. Served with welcome drink. The staff were very courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable for family of four. The highlight was the lavish breakfast spread that was elaborate and tasty. The staff were very helpful throughout. The swimming pool was very clean and massive and my kids loved the experience. Another highlight was the fact that conrad is centrally located. So overall a great experience and highly recommend it.

The pool is beautiful. You can see the lake and the gurudwara nearby from the pool. The bartender at tiamo makes amazing cocktails. Must try! staff is courteous and the breakfast spread is amazing. We celebrated a friend's bachelorette there and everything was great.

The buffet spread was average with less veg options compared to other five stars in bangalore, remaining stay was good

The rooms were good, but I must say I expected more from the food. It was alright but the pizza station was the worst. Almost half an hour after ordering they served us a cold tasteless pizza. The Indian section and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. Wish they had more variety though.

Location, comfort, luxury at affordable rate only be given by conrad bengaluru, it’s very modern but all valid comfort planned well

The most important thing about a comfortable stay is the hygiene, maintenance and quality. And conrad is top notch in all those terms. My family loved this place. Had a great time with the pool and enjoyed the food. The staff were so courteous and right on spot

Hotel was super luxurious and the staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean and was rightly priced.

We had a booked a 1 day stacation at the bengaluru conrad and the hospitality of the staff was way beyond our expectation. From the food, to the lounge, the rooms, the stunning view of the lake and the city and the versatile restaurant options makes this Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hilton my favorite. It was indeed a christmas well spent.

I had an amazing experience at conrad bengaluru. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I also happen to use their salon services which was excellent. The food was also delicious. Overall, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend conrad for a luxury experience.
