Conrad Pune- Luxury by Hilton

Stayed for a night. Checked-in on a sunday. Likes: 1. Very spacious room and excellent interiors. 2. All amenities were present as mentioned on mmt. 3. I ordered a pasta and risotto in room and it was excellent. It was served along with a couple of garlic bread slices. 4. Aesthetics of the room were very pleasant. 5. Shower was my favourite. Perfect temperature control. Dislikes: 1. Some flies in the bathroom. Unhygienic. Shared the feedback with conrad, so i hope they're careful next time. 2. I think there were bed bugs as i couldn't sleep because of the bites. But, i couldn't see any as i was too tired to look for it properly so i'm not so sure about it. But, definitely there was something like that on the bed which ruined my sleep. I checked out early without having breakfast. 3. I shared my credit card details at the reception on their request but still i was asked to clear the bill immediately when i had ordered in-room dining food. I had a guest over and it was embarassing. 4. I was getting unnecessary call from the reception to ask about my comfort. I mean, i was sleeping and those calls woke me up. Twice. Conclusion : overall, i think spending close to or a night's stay wasn't worth it. Maybe, i'll visit again in the near future for a longer duration and hopefully would share a much better experience.

Starting off with the rooms, they are simply lavish. The room takes into account double occupancy of the stay and arranges for utilities such as dental kit, bathrobe, etc as per that. You don't have to call up front desk to get you a second pair of slippers. The decor is mordern and stylised with ceilings going upto 12-13ft making it look like a palace. The same is the case with the bathroom. it's huge with a bathtub and in built TV inside the mirror. Secondly, the food is sumptuous. An amazing mix of veg and non veg options for both dinner and breakfast. If you love bacon, you should definitely visit. Lastly, the hospitality was hands down unparalleled. Mr Saif at the front desk helped us throughout our stay. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and he helped us with the cake. A prime example of their hospitality is that they got us a cake in our room when we weren't around. But then they saw us at their restaurant and got us another cake at the table. An exceptional gesture! Even the house keeping staff- Shrey and Jahid helped us make our stay as comfortable as possible by punching above and beyond. The best hospitality I've experienced and I have been to Conrad Pune- Luxury by Hiltons such as St. Regis. A must visit whenever in Pune.

Conrad is at a prime location easily accessible. We had booked all meals packages. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were mouthwatering. The menu was awesome. For the people who are very particular about hygiene, i would always suggest this is the ultimate place. Safety standards were of international standards. The check in was hassle free and i must appreciate the front desk. It was my birthday and i would like to appreciate the efforts of housekeeping staff ravi and chetan who had decorated my room. And last and not the least i would like to thank ms. Pranita who escorted us to the room. Awesome experience at coriander restaurant. The staff and managers were always on their toes. Great experience at conrad pune. Would like to visit this nice place again and again. Would recommend to my friends and family. Full 10 out 10 rating. If it would have been possible to rate beyond 10 i would have definitely given that highest rating.

I stayed at conrad over a weekend with my parents who are in their eighties. Overall it was an excellent stay. The spa is one of the best i have experienced in a long time. The property is maintained impeccably. The staff is super helpful. A special mention of vishal mishra he was one of our servers at the breakfast and dinner service, he looked after us and really made us feel at home, excellent demeanour and deserves a special mention. The Conrad Pune- Luxury by Hilton has an excellent rooftop restaurant. Found the drinks to be extremely overpriced. A few suggestions to make the Conrad Pune- Luxury by Hilton more old people friendly like grab bars to be provided in the toilets and temperature control for room air conditioning. All in all it was our moneys worth. Would certainly recommend it.

What a wonderful stay we had with them for two days. Simply unforgettable. It started with a nice traditional maharashtrian welcome and our couple photo by a sweet girl sidhdhi and ended with cake cutting and photos by sidhdhi and tejas. The room was fabulous. Decor and facilities were exemplary. Breakfast on both days was lovely with the main chef personally moving around and taking the feedback from guests. Spread was very lavish with practically every dish available. We would always cherish nice memories our our stay there and hope to visit again in jar future!

Initially i was skeptical of the standards of hilt-on as this was my first stay with the hilt-on group property. But staying there made me feel that Conrad Pune- Luxury by Hilton standard wise, it is far above present hyatt, radisson and marriott stardards. More on the lines of taj and oberoi standards. My plan was all three meals included. So i could treat myself to all three buffets. However i feel the lunch buffet was not upto the mark. Whereas breakfast and dinner buffet had a huge spread with some exotic dishes. Well maint property and courteous staff.

We stayed at conrad for 2 days and 1 night. The stay was in celebration of our wedding anniversary which the Conrad Pune- Luxury by Hilton staff created lovely arrangements for when we arrived and checked in. We visited koji, aldila, kabana and coriander kitchen and all the restaurants had exceptional quality food. The spa experience is a must try, we took the deep muscle relief massage. All in all they made our day special and we would recommend this Conrad Pune- Luxury by Hilton to everyone for a luxury stay.

Conrad is one of the best Conrad Pune- Luxury by Hiltons in pune and their service is impeccable. Our room was decorated beautifully for our anniversary and the cake was delicious. The Conrad Pune- Luxury by Hilton is very well maintained. The add restaurant falls short of tables during peak hours but the spread is good and so is the taste. We used the executive lounge in the evening. It serves appetizers and drinks. The place has a nice feel and good views. Aldila restaurant has the best views and ambience!

Conrad Pune is absolutely luxury with respect to rooms with tech laden lights system and automatic curtains too. The food spread is absolutely crazy and each one with different preference is catered to indian, continental etc. Just one thing is the staff is not adequate and may feel underwhelming. Property is located near koregaon park, pune. It is a well maintained property with various amenities to spend time with.

Had a wonderful stay at the conrad hilt-on in pune for one night with family. The rooms were clean and nice, the buffet spread was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch, dinner and breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely visit back.

We had a wonderful time at conrad pune. After a long night out after all it was 31/12 the conrad team from housekeeping prathmesh and sagar made our stay exceedingly comfortable. Was good leisure trip. Ambience was good. Staff courteous. Rooms were clean. Only 2 things i want to highlight is that - one in restaurant they don’t have place to accommodate us so we need to go out for food. Secondly no showers near pool
