Worst rooms we have to live along with coraches

property is ok but wifi and television not working

Room is very ugly and not clean

1 - Terrible. The AC didn’t cool, the refrigerator wasn’t working, the washroom mirror was placed too low, and the lift was not functioning half the time. Very disappointing experience.

The approach to the property is a big turn off. The deluxe rooms are very congested and lack kitchen. No restaurant facility. Room we're allotted is suffocating without any window or ventilation.

Rooms were not as shown in the pictures

Neat and clean no mosquito. Staffs are polite and good mannered.

Pleasant stay however the surroundings are not maintained properly. Inside of the apartment is neat and as indicated on pictures

Convastay gajel stand in an unique location of g reams road, chennai. As i travel-led with my ailing wife under strict diet restrictions, so i was not being able to take food from the property. Amenities are satisfactory barring a few exceptions. The attached bath is neat and clean but the deficiency is in the area of inadequate rack and hanger for clothes and towel. The television set is defective. Room services are unorganised. The boys are polite and responsive if informed by the boarder. The defunct intercom needs to be repaired for the sake of boarders staying in higher floors. Overall experience is good and worth money for stay for 2 or 3 days in such ac deluxe room.

The property is completely different from how it is shown on the pictures. The corridors are unhygienic. The room has cockroaches, no mirror in the washroom and the cupboard is also not usable.

Fake photos, very dirty rooms, break fast was not served, very old building, stinking rooms, no restaurant available in the hotel, lots of mosquitoes.

Very dirty room, not at all as per they had shown at make my trip. Very dirty entrance, bad smell, in hygienic. This was my first experience through mm t booking.

Worst experience, i went there with family made a booking they put pictures of another property to get booking, and the rooms are worst maintained it's very smelly to overcome they used toilet freshner in each rooms that itself irritated, toilet door not closed, wifi not worked and i asked to give the room which i booked, they said we can't put each rooms pictures. Then i don't have any choice at that night time with my family and ask them to change the room for the next day they accepted but the next day they are not interested in changing the room so i cancel-led the another day booking. There i saw people who came for apollo hospital the family peoples took room here and stay here, if you stay here book another bed in apollo.

We booked a studio room, the pics of the room which was shown was completely wrong. Worst room was alloted, it was very old apartment, all the things was in repaired condition. Waste of money

Very idiotic and pathetic hotel, the hotel rooms are full of cockroaches and the staff are drunken idiots.

Location and staying comfort is excellent

Very bad locality, bad room service, insects (cockroaches and mosquitoes) in washroom and fridge, totally terrible experience. We had to change room in night. I want refunds

1 terrible. Everything is bad. They even forgot to serve breakfast. I tried to find people but couldn't. Later i had to go outside for breakfast. I want partial refund. Bathroom door

Photos shown was very different than actual photos of hotel. Rooms were very small in size. Not as per description and size booked.
