Coorg Heights Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at coorg heights resort in coorg for two nights, and i must say it was a truly memorable experience. The resort provided a serene getaway with its breathtaking views of the coorg hills and the surrounding natural beauty. Upon arrival, i was impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the deluxe room i stayed in. All the basic amenities were provided, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bedsheets, although not spotless, were satisfactory and didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet served in the resort's restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but the dining area also offered stunning panoramic views of the coorg hills. It was truly a delightful way to start each day, with a scrumptious meal accompanied by the beauty of the surroundings. Moreover, the resort's restaurant had a diverse menu, featuring both north and south indian cuisines. I found the prices to be reasonable, making it a convenient and enticing option for other meals as well. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, further enhancing the dining experience. Beyond the exceptional dining options, coorg heights resort provided complimentary wifi, ensuring i stayed connected throughout my stay. The availability of free wifi made it convenient to plan my daily activities and share memorable moments with loved ones. The true highlight of this resort, however, was the mesmerizing view it offered. The resort is situated amid-st the breathtaking coorg hills, allowing guests to unwind and immerse themselves in nature's beauty. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or simply taking a stroll around the premises, the serene ambiance and picturesque surroundings were truly captivating. In conclusion, my stay at coorg heights resort was a memorable and serene experience. Despite minor issues like the bedsheets not being perfectly clean, the resort's cleanliness, basic amenities, complimentary breakfast with a view, diverse dining options, and free wifi made for an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway amid-st the enchanting landscapes of coorg. Please note that the views expressed in this review are based on my personal experience and may differ for others.

The resort is on a steep hill 3 kms from madekeri center, hence if you are inexperienced on driving you may have challenges on parking your vehicle. If you are expecting to roam around by walk to city center, it will not be possible. Wifi ia average. Rest all is perfect here. Stayed here for 3 days, reached there by a taxi and the driver did not have the capability to drive up to resort. The resort sent a person to carry all our luggage. The staff were very polite and cooperative always. This resort has 16 rooms and was under partial renovation but that did not have any effect on us. There is an inhouse restaurant with limited menu, the food was fantastic. Complimentary breakfast had 3 items + juice, coffee, tea. All the items were good. The have an inhouse transport for local sight seeing, prices are ok and they too are very cooperative. The hill view from our room was fantastic. There is a little balcony which ia fantastic. I hope once the renovation is over the cleanliness of the play area and area surrounding the rooms would go up. By the way rooms were clean and neat. Overall a fantastic place to stay with family

This Coorg Heights Resort has a nice natural mountain view and is around 1-2 km from the madikeri busstand. They have provided early check-in which i asked via message. All the staff are very friendly and helpful will guide you for the local sightseeing and other nearby places. Rooms are pretty good and ventilated with mountain views and you will find the birds chirping and saw few monkey family. The restaurant is here and the food prepared by the chef is good especially the sandwich and tea. Morning breakfast, lunch and dinner are easily available here. Signal and internet connectivity is poor for airtel and idea but the jio network is good. Overall i will recommend to visit again here if your budget is 4-5 k.

We came to know about coorg heights resort while browsing mmt. The mountain view superior rooms (403, 404) especially attracted me. On arrival, i found the rooms exactly as described. We visited coorg on 11-jun-2023 which is the season of monsoon onset. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay soaking up the beautiful valley/mountain view from the gorgeous balcony. The housekeeping/kichen staff was cordial to all of our requirements. The food was a little expensive, but that is expected in such a place. Regarding the steep climb of the driveway which some reviews have described, i think that is manageable.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our stay was comfortable. Room was provided as selected category. View from room was nice. 2 small water bottles were provided on daily bases. Hot water was available. Bathroom glass door was making notice that need to be fixed. Restaurant was serving good breakfast and other food quality was also good. Shampoo and body lotion and shaving kit was not provided. Only soap was provided by Coorg Heights Resort. That needs to be improved. Staff behaviour was also very nice and cooperative. Rooms were clean.

We were here for 3 nights. After touring for the whole day, this place is best to spend the evening and a get a good night sleep. Morning breakfast was ok. Would request the property owner to install meshes on the windows specially in the non ac rooms so that the windows can be left open so that only fresh air circulation is there. The staff was friendly and helpful. There chef attended to our request for early breakfast. We enjoyed the dinner. Thank you for making the stay comfortable.

It was nice stay with pleasant place. Moreover the car driver was thrilling to reach the resort entrance. Food is good and reasonable rate. Staffs are user friendly. The drawbacks are the room and toilet materials are bit old. Doesn’t give good looks as we expected from image. One more tata sky was disabled due to recharge was not done. Informed many times to reception no action take taken till we checkout. Apart from that this place is nice stay for couples and family as well.

Facility is good, clean and well maintained. Food is also ok with reasonable price. You will not get any fancy food like in star Coorg Heights Resorts but it is ok. However, all the windows are without the safety grill and no mosquito mesh. Hence one has to keep windows closed in the night for the safety reason which makes room very suffocating in the night since there won't be any ventilation. Hotel management shall do something about this.

What a beautiful resort to spend your vacation at, the staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. Had an evening meal which was tasty just like home cooked, for such a large Coorg Heights Resort prices very reasonable. Not just the staff but we got attached to a few pets around chinu dog & minu(cat) as well. Great service. Will be going back soon.

Our visit was quite enjoyable. The location offers a lovely view of the mountains. All the food items were delicious with prompt service. Everything was ultimately too good. If any of our friends or family are considering a vacation to coorg, we most definitely advise them to book a room here.

Excellent service by the restaurant team. We can order food from our room itself. Food served was so excellent for the rate. Also the reception team was good in service. The only thing is parking facilities are not good.

The stay was great, the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff of the stay was very polite. & food at their cafe was delicious & the cooks would customize for your taste if needed. Overall a great stay.

Really nice staff. Good sunset view and rooms are clean. Restaurant have good facility and test was good. All good except strip slop for parking but staff is helpful in case needed.
