I enjoyed the stay except no attached bathroom 🙃. The hosts are really good and treatment was nice. I enjoyed the Cauvery rever view through the balcony.

Stayed for couple of days despite its been an old property it’s well maintained especially the living room and bed room provided to us prepared breakfast of our choice and even dinner is quite good ( chicken curry and rasam we just loved it which is of course not included in the package but loved the homely feel of the food i am impressed with the cleanliness of the living room, toilet and geyser would have been better else i would have given 5 star

Zero privacy even when you travel as a family & booked the complete facility. It was indicated that the caretaker lives in the property but it was not indicated that the caretake will stay along with us ! we went as a group of 9 people but stayed as 10 (included caretaker. Caretaker has a side door through which he can come in and go anytime (even at nights) and actually you don't feel safe at all ! we cannot even close the door from inside, though which he comes in. After handing over the keys etc, we were actually shocked to see him stand next to us all of a sudden(after 30 to 40 min) with no reason and we never called him either. If he has to switch on the motors etc he has to stop there and never come in and go at will after handing over the keys unless called for. So overall no privacy.

If you wants to stay near buddha golden temple or nisagardama it is a good home stay. It is kind of guest house with kitchen, wifi and spacious home stay

The property is located quite close to river and has pretty decent views. However, it is located quite interior from the main road.

The staffs were very humble, and the property was very very neat and calm.

The location shown on google leads you to the exact property. The food was good and homely. Hygiene was decent.

The place is everything you can ask for. Exceptionally clean rooms and lots of space with 4 bedrooms and a large hall. The property is located in a peaceful residential area overlooking kaveri river. The monastery and other attractions in kushalnagar were just a few minutes drive away. Will recommend for large groups and families. They are pet friendly which is an added bonus. Will revisit soon.

Great experience in home stay, good facilities.

Really nice, peace full stay, nice gestures and caring by mr. And mrs. Caretaker. Excellent food ( we had dinner and breakfast, kids really enjoyed. Ideal place if yoy are planing for just relaxing peacefully.

It's a peaceful place, host is helpful with good attitude. Got food on time. Place was clean everywhere. Well in that price range, got beyond expected service.

The caretaker of the property was very cooperative. Facilities and cleanliness were good. Location was a little bit hard to fine. Rooms should be more improved. The food was very good. I will recommend this property. Surrounding was safe and peaceful.

First of all I would like to tell you all that the care taker is an ex-serviceman. So you can assume how discipline, clean, hygiene food and all will be. Such a nice person he is. Provided timely food which will be prepared by themselves at their home. House was big and cleanly maintained. Overall 10/10 rating I'll give.

Very spacious rooms with good gardens

We visited with family to this place, initially google map shows wrong direction, so one can call owner to reach there, This place is actually bunglow with big rooms, clean bathroom, they have kitchen with gas, utensils so you can prepare anything if you grocery( magi,tea etc). owners are polite, helpful. Morning we got idli sambar and chutney, it was tasty. The view behind the house is wonderful river, trees, birds awesome. I think if you are travelling with friends it will be great, location is perfect to visit Kushal Nagar places like dubare, nisargadhama, Tibetian colony.

Very clean and spacious room. Peaceful stay and located near to all tourist places. Overall very pleasant stay.

Concerned person was so good hearted and down to earth. We had all required facilities. And were ready to prepare any food as per our wish.

Owner was very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us. We got served some delicious homemade food, and everything was excellent. We had a short stay and wished we could stay longer.

This is a pretty nice home stay, very close to Nisargdhama, Golden temple monastery and Dubare. They gave us breakfast in the morning which was very nice.
