So the property is located in the town around 2 kms from city center. The view of the valley is decent from the roof of the house. Rooms were spacious, clean and neat. Bathrooms were very good. You can get towel etc after asking for it. The bungalow itself is pretty huge and beautiful. You can get basic homemade food by telling beforehand to the caretaker. The owner is polite and responsive but better inform him a couple of hours before your time of arrival, because it is not like a regular Coorg Kodi Homestay and there are only 1/2 staff.

Had a great stay at kodai homestay. Good for extended family or larger group( 2 bedrooms and additional king size bed in hall. Host family is very friendly and helped us to plan our sightseeing. They cooked delicious homely meal for dinner and provided coffee as well. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

The host was fantastic, the food (they cook veg and non-veg) was great and room was decent. There was no tv though.
