groupIt was an average stay. Rooms were having bad smell of damp wood. Food was good. Host was good. Warm water was on request not 24×7.

Thanks for feedback.I want to mention here that we have proper windows in every rooms for ventilation.you can open it if you feel smelly .if dont open windows for whole day it will smell because out side weather is cloudy and rainy. we ourselves clean and keep our villa like our home . For hot water we have solar and boiler system.when cloudy and at rain solar won't work at at its full volume so we switch to boiler.

Best and comfortable stay for a families-with children

We stayed with family at coorg rahul villa. Mr. Bopanna the owner is wonderful host. The villa was a 3 bedroom house which were spacious with a living and dining room. There was no kitchen as it was private. However they offered a delicious breakfast and provided what ever we requested from kitchen. The stay was comfortable. Best place for a family.

It was easily reachable, breakfast included in our booking. Breakfast was yummy. It is well maintained and good place for stay. Scope of improvement- common bathroom should be provided for driver.
