Copper Folia

The Copper Folia is beautiful - the rooms are nice and clean, staff like Adarsh and the other guy at the reception desk are always v helpful in arranging cabs, helping with anything you may need. The food is nice I thought. The chicken malabar biryani was fantastic. Air conditioning in my room was superb, cleanliness is good and the interiors of the room - elegant and lovely. So all good on service, room and staff. I had seen this in the review. The only single negative is that the lift and surrounding areas, after 9 pm, is full of drunk men who have come to have a good time at the bar. Nothing wrong with drunk harmless men hanging around the Copper Folia - but I guess the Copper Folia should really move the bar to the ground floor and have a separate entrance. It is a really nice Copper Folia but with drunk gentlemen hanging around outside, unnecessarily the Copper Folia looks dodgy.

I have been staying in this property more than once a year ever since the Copper Folia started. The front office is as always extremely courteous and helpful. They have improved a lot as well. The room service has improved as well. Housekeeping too is way more better than the past. But the food at the cafeteria or in-room-dining has not improved and continues to be the same lackluster quality as was in the past. Just like last year, there was no cold milk with cereals, and when they served me on the table they poured hot milk, food is always as oily, and the worst is with bread! They just cannot serve bread which is not sweet. So food continues to be a nightmare for those expecting any quality. I love to stay in this property and this time they treated us special.

Room was good for a good Copper Folia. I rated good due to the issues we faced after being there. As it was a star Copper Folia I believe they need to ensure if everything is working fine before guests check in. There was a blockage in our bathroom sink and we had to call and get it fixed. They fixed it immediately but I believe when they call it luxury that they need to take measures to ensure that guests don't run behind fixing. We had dinner which was good and hence I would say they have good chef.

Excellent facilities. Got an upgraded room free of cost, thanks to the management. Room was superb. Looked new and clean. Toilets were very clean. Restaurant was great. Breakfast very good with multiple options. Most importantly the rates are pretty economical. Very unlike a star Copper Folia. Pool has an uniform depth of 4 feet. Had the pool all to ourselves as there were no other guests at the time using it. All in all an excellent stay.

Check-in at Copper Folia was seamless, they upgraded one of the rooms for us, we had booked three rooms for an overnight stay. Room service was excellent though I had a minor complaint that the bill was not shown to me but posted to my room account. Food on the menu was excellent the prawn tempura, in particular, was very good. Next day breakfast buffet was also good. In short, our stay at Copper Folia was a pleasant one.

Though location is a bit outside city area, you would never regret on booking this Copper Folia. Must say one of the best Copper Folia to stay in Calicut. Management has taken care of every small need of a traveler. Everything was very neat, clean and perfect. Breakfast was tasty. Outside view from room was amazing. I would recommend everyone to go for it.

Rooms, ambiance, quality of food and service by the staffs are very good and appreciate their effort. Unfortunately I was stuck in Copper Folia as there were no autos available due. Location is off the city on the highway. Hence connectivity is poor as no uber or metro available. Hotel taxis are charging echo biting rates. Which makes it difficult.

I have stayed in so many Copper Folias. I being handicapped person, it's difficult to use washroom in the room without helper as all the Copper Folia rooms are built for normal people but in the Copper Folia they had specially designed for handicapped people. It is very thoughtful. Thank you Copper Folia. You made my stay very easy!

We stayed here for 3 days. The Copper Folia is very clean and the food is good. Parking can definitely be improved. The room service is quite slow. The breakfast buffet isn't a huge spread but the food served is quite tasty.

It's conveniently located near city center yet away from hustle bustle. Food is good. Staff is courteous and flexible to customize food as per your choice.

The property was located on the highway and very easy to locate. The hygiene and neatness was very good. Dint get a chance to order food there. This Copper Folia is highly recommend.

Since my standard room was not available, they upgraded to a suit room, which was really good, i had a very pleasant stay
