Restaurant services undermined. Good location, direct access to private beach, staff well behaved, property also good for family stays apart from a good one for couples, well designed intended to make stay pleasant, good North Indian food, bistro cafe pizza and veg augratin was very good along with splash bar's signature cocktails especially coral reef passion and also housekeeping team was satisfied and washroom very small designed that does not align with room size that is perfect. Overall a good stay!

The stay was good and the staff were really helpful, the only issue we had was with housekeeping ! Our towels and other items wouldn’t be replaced after room cleaning ! We had to constantly call in ask for fresh towels and even when we did receive them they were wet ! Same with other supplies in the room , none of them were replaced ! Considering we stayed in the suite this was completely not okay ! Other than that the food was good , the spa services were good and property was clean

Disappointing

We stayed for two days at this property in October. The location of the property is good but the quality of the service and food was bad. For a 5 star hotel, it was extremely disappointing to see such a poor reception where we had to wait for an hour for getting the room prepared despite coming 2 hours past check-in time. When ordering food, half of the things in menu were not available; the things available were fine though. The breakfast lacked variety- even the food available was sub standard. The only saving grace was the polite and helpful staff but they need to increase the number of staff to improve the quality of service. Overall, not worth the money and definitely not a 5 star property.

We recently visited Havelock Island to celebrate my husband's birthday, and our stay at Coral Reef Resort made the experience truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Nishit at the reception. He greeted us with genuine hospitality and even considered our request for a room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. The highlight of our stay was the candlelight birthday celebration arranged by the beachside in the evening. It was absolutely magical! A special thanks to Mr. Abhishek from the resort team for organizing it so wonderfully – every little detail was perfect and added to the charm of the celebration. The food at the resort deserves a special mention – it was delicious and flavorful. Whether it was the main course or desserts, everything was top-notch. The rooms are beautifully designed, equipped with modern amenities, and offer great comfort and luxury. The entire property is stunning – peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We also want to appreciate the amazing hospitality of the staff members – Sinthoi, Paoming, Soham, Pasang, and Lalit – who made us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. You want to know which is the best resort in Havelock? Well, you've just found it. Coral Reef Resort & Spa is an absolute treasure of a place. The staff are very polite and helpful. Their professionalism shows from the time you arrive at their location. They have their own private beach which is beautiful with white sands and blue waters. The property looks elegant and beautiful with every facility one would require for a vacation of a lifetime. Their Splash bar provides wonderful in-house cocktails & mocktails that is surely a must try. Mr. Michael's fire show in the evenings was quite thrilling and exciting. The rooms are very neat and luxurious. The food was absolutely delicious and mouth watering. I would recommend this resort to all visiting Havelock Island. Thanks to all the staff of Coral Reef Resort and Spa for a wonderful stay. Keep up the great work.

the food was very bad or i should say unhealthy. all four of us had loose motions. overall resort is too congested, beach was unclean public beached were better. over al its more of a boys party place.

The facility is very good. The food in their restaurant is also very good. All the staff are polite. The only cons I experienced was 1) During check in , the people at reception was not at all warm (not even bothered someone is waiting in queue and letting people just barge in and entertain their check in) . 2) The entry was through a gate which directly leads to their cafe and the cafe person standing looks at you while you enter. An obvious confusion happens. And then you realise that the actual reception is behind the cafe area. It is probably because some work is happening at the main entrance. Although if it's the reason, alternate better arrangement could have been made to make the experience better. Overall I recommend this place to people for the reason that the infrastructure they have is good and the food is good. Rooms , pool , activities for kids, beach access everything adds to the reason for stay.
