      This homestay has got ground and 1st floor. Ac rooms are spacious. 1st floor has 2 separate sitting area, outside the rooms, which can be used. Washrooms were clean. It has got functional kitchen with refrigerator and ro water purifier. Hall at ground floor is high with enough sitting furniture. Parking space inside campus is for one vehicle. But enough space for parking outside campus which is safe.

      The house was well managed and well maintained. All the rooms were quite large with all basic facilities available. The caretaker was very helpful and supportive. The garden was beautiful with a lot of varieties of trees and flowers.

      Villa is pleasant stay and nicely furnished. Care taker was friendly. Only issue in complimentary breakfast is not up to the mark both quality wise and quantity wise. No restaurant available.
