Staying here for the second time. As expected.

Place is good. Breakfast is very average

The overall stay was okay. Caretakers were fast to respond. Pros: * Cleanliness: Rooms, bathrooms, bedsheets, and towels were clean and fresh. * Amenities: AC worked, basic toiletries and a kettle (with tea/coffee, no milk) were provided. * Note: Request ground floor rooms for elders to avoid stairs. Cons: * Location/Noise: Very close to a railway track resulting in annoying noise at night. Requires crossing the track and a narrow road, which can cause delays due to track gate closures. * Parking: No dedicated parking (max 2 cars on the road). * Pests: Many lizards were inside the villa. * Weather Impact: The frontyard flooded heavily during rain.

we stayed for one night with kids and family. Rooms are the same as in the picture. A common kitchen with utensils is available. it's very near to the railway crossing and Meenakshi temple is near 5km. which is easily reachable from auto. Zomato food delivery is also available. so overall location: 5* we were late from breakfast time but still it got arranged. The caretaker was also helpful.

Good experience . Breakfast time was delayed, if it provided 0730hrs ,could be better.

The stay was very pleasant and calm.. it’s worth for this kind of a stay at Madurai.. we are total of 10 people occupied in 5 rooms.. decent room service then and there as required..

room was neat and clean. entire villa had 5 rooms which is located 2.5km from thiruparankundram.food they provide for breakfast was limited option and limited quantity but tasty

Location, Room and service were good. I have a suggestion, arrange couple of chairs for rooms. You can not expect guests be on the bed at all times. They can use the chairs to sit and read books use laptops etc. Any way I will recommend this to my friends

rooms were good but very small, its 9 ' x 9' or even 8'x 8', its a homestay, but poor service, kettle was there in the room, but they kept only one sachet of tea, milk powder etc, we stayed there for 2 days, and we have to repeatedly ask them for additional sachet as were two persons and they will just give one only and we have to remind them we are two people, same way they just kept one towel, owners need to instruct caretaker to take extra care in customer service

Good. The staff is supportive even late at night. Rooms are decent. Onsite parking is not available but there is a small place on the road to park your car. The building is close to the temple. The main road is nearby. There is a rail gate near by.
