I had an amazing stay at this property last year—the staff was professional, attentive, and ensured that guests received every possible facility. Based on that experience, I confidently recommended this place to my group, expecting the same level of service. However, this time, it was a complete disappointment. The room was far from clean, not meeting even basic expectations. I had booked a room that was advertised with a private pool, as shown in almost every picture on their listing, but the reality was completely different. Service was another major letdown. When I requested a boiled egg for breakfast, they initially refused, only to agree later with unnecessary delays. We all know how long it takes to boil an egg, but when it finally arrived with the other food items, it was inedible. I even provided pictures of the poor quality Dinner was equally frustrating. They refused to serve basic dishes like dal makhani and chicken items, stating that we had to choose from their limited menu rather than preparing anything separately. It felt like they were forcing us to eat whatever was available instead of accommodating simple requests The staff’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. When we requested room cleaning, they bluntly denied it, saying they didn’t have time. It truly felt like we were there for torture, not relaxation. To top it off, they misled us about breakfast after our safari. The night before, they assured us that breakfast would be available for an extra hour for safari guests. However, when we returned, they rudely refused to serve us and even started shouting, blaming us for being late. It was unbelievable! Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t even give this property a single star. I strongly advise against staying here—find a better place that respects its guests and their hard-earned money.

It was a great experience there in a fun resort. The food was delicious and the hospitality was good enough.

Location is very good. Property is very good. But it's not mentained properly, neither it gives you a feeling of resort. If you consider it a home stay it's services are ok. If you consider it resort the services are below average so is staff. Doing breakfast in open is not allowed but drinking and loud music is allowed. Food quality and taste is below average inf-act few dishes were disaster. Very low in variety of food. Cleaning is pathetic. Swimming pool is cleaned every 7 days that too is requested. Doesn't matter how many guests have visited during that tenure. Staff is also not professional as a quality resort.

Awesome experience! the hotel staff was very good and had a great time with family. Should visit once if you are a nature lover.

Awesome experience. It's in the middle of the jungle. The staff is extremely good and helpful. Food is amazing. There is no separate play area for kids or common area. They have a swimming pool and a big garden. It is used for everything like bonfires etc. However they take 3-4 days to give a bill to customers as they say that they need to call the company to get this and it usually takes 3-4 days. I upgraded my room but i didn't get my bill. Leaving this aside everything was perfect.

Staying in the resort feels like living in jungle….howling of jackals added more adventure. However service was slow but children friendly family friendly…cricket stuff football..badminton was available 4.5/5 rating

Hotel staff was very helpful but rooms are not properly maintained… Also there are very less options in buffet

The property has such mesmerizing location, the sunset and sunrise view is very pleasant, the staff are very friendly.

property and location was excellent. staff was polite. breakfast was ok but dinner/lunch could have been better.

Terrible

Resort is located bit away from the main road, need to do off reading for 5 mins to reach the resort. Pool cottage is spacious but our cottage is having 1-2 flies and having seepage on the wall. Pool is clean but due to being outside the room not covered there are some insects on the pool which bit us and i have rashes on skin. Property is very nyc but not well maintained as per price point. Food is no doubt good.

Some of the things in the room were broken and old. There was no faucet in the washroom, even. But except for these, everything was perfect, serene, peaceful and pleasant.

Beautiful rooms and ambiance of hotel, swimming pool and restaurant.

The staff was very polite. Services were fast and helpful. And the rooms are lavish. Only the sounds of birds heard. Amazing location. Overall loved it.

They didn't provide the GST invoice

All services are best and beautiful rooms, room size is bigger than other hotels.
