Amenities are not satisfactory. Internet connection is not working. Food quality is better. Overall experience is average.

The ambience, service and food served in hotel is of best quality. And the best thing i love about the property is that they do care very much about their customer and eveb have offered clean blankets during jungle safari without even asking from us and even the jungle safari was booked from third party without even taking them in deal.

The resort was amazing. The highland rooms that we had booked very spacious with an attached large balcony. The Staff was polite and well mannered. There was an open ground where even large groups can participate in fun activities..There are two swimming pools for adults and kids seperately. Our package included the breakfast and/or lunch/dinner which was delicious. We also ordered plenty of room service including snacks and several ice buckets which were very moderatly priced.. the only small improvement area is that the swimming pools could have been cleaned prior to start of the weekend which was done on Saturday night when we had already spent the prime evening. We were pleasantly greated by a flute musician at the breakfast section. The team even accommodated a late check-out at no extra cost. Overall it was a great 1 night holiday!

Location(4/5), they have lesser greenery now compared to past. value for money (3/5) . Cottage are now old and washroom needs renovation specially commode. Food (3/5).

Stay was ok, we had booked the nest cottage rooms the most fascinating one with room pool. However the pool water was icy cold and not temperature maintained hence was not able to enjoy it. We were a group of families with kids 3 yrs and 5 yrs. the room decor and space was good. but again basic things like AC dropped water on the room and it was placed on the entry of washroom so had to constantly put a towel else one fall and your back is broken. the washroom Nala outlet didn't work properly and took a huge time to drain the water while bathing. even after complaints to reception the above issues were not fixed. the room service for food delivery for simple khichdi took 1.5 hrs on both the days of our stay. the staff was too lethargic and not professional at all. while in the common pool we ordered fresh lime soda which was super bad non drinkable..we were surprised as to how one could make such a drink even the service boys tasted and acknowledged it. Overall the property is ok but still under construction hence a lot of noise( drilling and granite cutting) they have a long way to go in terms of improvement. again the buffet food was nothing special felt like prepared by some random cook and not Chef. the preparations were just bad to Ok. rice served was Kaccha my kiddo had a stomachache. fried rice manchurian was Bad. only thing about that was good was the daily Chicken preparation ( chicken kalamari, chicken chengezi, kadhai chicken) we survived on that 😅 Overall would rate 2* on a scale of 5. We paid 10k per night for each of the rooms and felt cheated as no value to customer. The pool also lacked basic things like Outside shower to wash not working..a basic water pipe was kept as a jugaad to wash. Pool was cleaned properly so water looked visibly dirty with a brown shade.

The property's location is amidst nature, the resort itself is a home to various birds. There are several types of rooms available, according to your needs. We had booked a "Nest" with a private pool, which was of a good size. The lighting, ambience, and overall vibe of the property is appreciable. The service was good.

The place is typically under renovation & the only perk this place has earned is because of their polite & humble restaurant staffs , we had booked 4N & 5D for the nest cottage & ended up in a cottage with broken pool , broken sofa cum bed , no toiletries, no codes for housekeeping, restaurants absolutely nothing, on being asked about the change in the room they were constantly telling us the same thing that the previous guest broke the pool & there’s no other room vacant, on loosing our calm the initiated a refund of the pool only ... we had to request them multiple times for the toiletries which should have being given to us at first placed as mentioned in their resort room description! There is no in room dining service, you only have to eat a fixed menu that they wish to serve you , no mocktails served but shown in their Instagram pages , the positioning of the AC in the room is such that it gives cooling only to the sofa cum bed & not the deluxe bed , the bathroom drainage is choked up , overall its only the pictures that shine - this place needs a real time work!!

It was a nightmare for me in machaan resorts, the worst experience ever faced ever as they de-grade booked room also a couple of lizard crawling in the room which they provided with no TV and wifi connection. Staff behaviour is also not good they said lied to you. The food was very bad and tasteless, to break the idli requires a knife it was too hard and tasteless other food items were also not good.

The resort offers an excellent ambience and a peaceful experience. The food is not upto the mark though.

Excellent Hotel Experience! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was a treat! The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I also enjoyed the activities and overall ambiance of the hotel. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. I recently stayed at one of the best resorts in Jim Corbett, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The resort itself is beautifully designed, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings and offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for me was definitely the food – every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether it was the buffet spread or à la carte options, the variety and quality were impressive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all modern amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The resort also offered several activities and nature walks that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect getaway and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great stay in Jim Corbett. Looking forward to visiting again!

Comfortable stay. Resort is in lap of nature and you hear birds chirping. Staff is helpful and courteous. Room was spacious and all basic amenities.

Located away from the hustle bustle of the city. Calm place, well mannered staff, good food. Good facilities.

Stay was wonderful and food was extremely delicious. The view from the resort was mesmerising. We enjoyed our trip and now this resort has become our place in jim corbett for further stays.

We had an exceptional stay at this resort, particularly during the Holi celebrations, which were expertly arranged. The food was impressive, although the non-vegetarian options could be improved. The property boasts two medium-sized swimming pools and has undergone recent renovations, with some areas still under construction. The resort's scenic views of the mountains and lush greenery are noteworthy. We enjoyed the live singing and flute performances during breakfast and the complimentary evening tea and biscuits. Situated near Sitabani, the resort is conveniently located near Ramnagar. The staff were attentive and caring, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, although the recreation room could benefit from some renovation. Overall, our third stay at this resort was delightful, and we look forward to returning again.

there was no light in the washroom and bedsheets were very old and not clean even. coffee and milk was given those where expired. sabji was rotten and lot of noise due to construction work.
