Corbett Rattan Elwood Resort

I was attracted to corbett rattan elwood resort by its promising location, but the stay was disappointing. The room cleanliness was inadequate, and the resort's services were unsatisfactory. Moreover, amenities like wifi and tv, which are considered basic in today's times, were non-functional. Not being able to get even a cup of tea speaks volumes about the service quality. It's crucial for the resort management to take this feedback seriously and improve these fundamental aspects.

The staff was decent and polite, food was good, but hygiene was zero, bedsheets are not changed with change in clients, bathroom was unclean, shower was broken. Drainage was not working!

Place is neat and clean. Decent, helping and polite staff. Our experience is good. Morning mountain view was awesome

Resort is clean and in prime location. But this property is old one needs some maintaince work. All staffs are cooperative. Food is good.

This hotel is a descent choice if you're on a budget and you wish to stay and enjoy in the heart of the city, dhikuli. The food here is the key highlight.

Bed sheet was so dirty there were patches of oil and all. Mosquitoes and spiders were there ! we booked two rooms, but we manage to stay in one single room as both the rooms were horrible. And in morning at the time of checkout, there was no water in washroom for approx 2 hours. Request you to please have a words with them so that like us nobody else would not suffer. Please had a words with them and ask for refund.

Location is good . Resort is also looking good but room is not proper maintained . Food is very delicious 😋

Comfortable beds, excellent location on main road. Good as a weekend getaway. Lots of cafes and food options nearby. Service and pool cleaning requires some improvement otherwise it was excellent.

Staff is not good, worst food quality, room is underrated and smelling, overall experience is not good, please don't book this resort.

Rooms were shabby. Property needs maintenance. Bad smell in rooms, stained bed sheets linen. Water leaking from roof. Swimming pool had insects. View from balcony was fine but property needs renovation.

This hotel is a old property, not maintained at all, all the rooms smells damp, non of the room was good enough, the swimming pool was worst, not cleaned, dead and alive insects inside, the staff tried their best but, the hotel is not worth staying at all, i am not angry on the hotel of anything, but an honest review for the upcoming guest. Ps: the food was average.

Eb availability not good mosquito available in room and no any solution provide by hotel bad not ok insect in bathroom.

At reached at night bedsheet was worst there was spot on bedsheet and staff said i will not replace it as the person responsible for that was not there. Insects were in bathroom foul smell from curtains bedsheet

Resort is very terrible no ac working, swinging pool is very dirty it seems that it has not been clean after long days, staff is very roudly, reception phone is hang after 8:30pm, room not clean. I have lot of terrible experience with this resort. It is endless terrible experience

There is massive power cut and air conditioning is not working properly pool is not cleaned and maintained

Rooms are not up to the mark, lack of electricity back up, rooms are sticky washroom smells horrible, bedsheets not cleaned, water provided in a bucket for washroom. It's my mistake that i book hotel room.
