Corbett Roop Resort

Stayed in the Corbett Roop Resort for one night. Had really bad experience, there was no intercom facility and hence had to go to the reception for every small little requirement. Secondly, while it was communicated that the breakfast timing was 8am, the same was not ready till 8:30am had to leave without breakfast. Worst of all, the water facility in bathroom was abysmal. There was not enough water even for basic utilities. Will not recommend staying here.

Corbett Roop Resort was a complete disappointment. They provide zero facilities, and the so-called buffet is just basic, tasteless food. The swimming pool was dirty and not in service at all. The rooms were poorly maintained — we even saw rats inside! There was no water in the flush, and the staff seemed careless about complaints. Overall, it’s one of the worst experiences — not worth the money or time. Avoid this resort if you’re planning a relaxing stay at Corbett; it totally ruins the vibe of the trip.

The photo on the internet of this resort is old.The resort is in ICU it requires urgent maintenance.The stuff is supportive.

property location is very good. so near to Dhangiri gate. ambience of nature around hotel is great. swimming pool is maintained. children park is non-maintained. rooms and balcony needs to be clean more. staffa behaviour is very good.

value for money, big space good foe family with kids feels like you are staying in jungle , food is simple and good

Hotel services was pathetic. We have to change 3 rooms to find the room in which gyser was working. We have to change to room heaters to find which one is working. On new year eve, after so much of request they have arranged a very bad speaker and nothing else. This was my worst stay ever in my whole life. But yes the staff was very kind and polite, specially mr ramesh was too good with all that kindness and support

The room ammenities are not good like dirty bedsheets, leaking taps, things are there in the room but don't work. But the food in the restaurant is better than average. If you are staying in it, you can surely go for the restaurant.

The property is good, located in the forest, rooms and overall ambiance is great. Food was good and had a lot of variety, only issue was that the pool was not clean when we visited and the air conditioning provided is not sufficient to cool the full room.

The helpers in the hotel were helpful, but the hotel had no electricity and no water, and also no food.

Had to change 3 rooms. Room 1: Rat droppings on the bed and table. Room 2: No door lock, no light in bathroom, geyser not working. Room 3: Geyser still not working, dirty toilet seat, TV not working. What else do you require for a bad rating.

Awesome stay and room and music was good.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely, cozy cottages. Value for money. Staff could be better trained.

Hotel maintanence and housekeeping was too poor and not upto the standard. Very less hotel staff and nothing provided on time, either tea, snakcs or food. Dinner was getting ready by 10 pm only, it was too late and children were too hungry by that time. Not worth for money. We had booked Luxury package, but we were provided with normal room only that too without A/C. It was really pathetic performance for us and we just stayed and came back. Only positive thing-food was not bad.

Nice Location to stay. Although Stayed only in the night at Corbett Roop Resort. Can't tell much. Very pretty lawns and cottages. Staff are okay. Away from the hustle bustle of Ramnagar Cons. The food was very lovely, the resort, property is at a nice location and the rooms are very clean and nice, specially the pool side rooms, The management of the resort was lovely and the staff was very helpful.

Room was quite big with big balcony ... But location is very far from dilli. Pool was in bas condition with dirty water and tiles in pool injured our legs. Service was bad no 1 on Reception picking calls.

Rooms are dirty, No exost fan in bathroom, so it was smelling bad Kosi River is far from hotel Not at all a Value for money A. C. Not working Food is average I will not consider it for my future stay in jim Corbett

Apart from location and food rest all is missing from this resort. Room size is good with a separate sitting area. When we checked in bathroom was stinking, no towels, no water, intercom not working, insects on bed-sheet and it has some spots. Geyser is not working. Swimming pool was not cleaned. Food was good in taste but if you order anything extra please check the price before ordering else you will be charged like 5 star, a plate of chilli paneer at rs 500. All in all, a bad experience.

The hotel was not too good to stay. AC was not working properly. Food was not good. Only the behaviour of the staff was good. Rest every thing was not up to mark. Water of swimming pool was dirty and it was green. There was no proper supply of water in bathrooms.
