The property is located in a beautiful forest area and has a great ambiance. The food served in the restaurant is better than average. However, the room amenities are not up to the mark with dirty bedsheets and leaking taps. Some guests had to change rooms multiple times due to various issues like rat droppings, non-functional geysers, and dirty toilet seats. The swimming pool was not clean and the air conditioning provided was not sufficient. The staff was helpful but the service was poor. Overall, the property has potential but needs improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.
