Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly

It was the first Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly inside the Park - almost 30 kms away from the other Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendlys. This is bad if you plan to party but if you are in for the real jungle experience - there is no other comparable alternative. The duplex rooms ideal for families are faboulous and try to get the Kingfisher Suites. You will hear the river stream sound at all times - even though you are perched quite up in the hill. The food and the service staff is excellent and really take good care. However there is no bar and no cigarettes available. Absence of a bar is a big setback as winter months - season time is the the best time to relax with a drink. Don't miss out the elephant mini safari and by the way, chance of spotting tigers are highest in May/June. The safari itself was long drawn as prebooking for entry was not made - so ensure they make a booking beforehand through the closest gate - the farthest gate we used was 2 hour drive away.

The then at Corbett is located in the middle of the jungle which makes it a very idyllic stay for families / couples / solo. There is peace here which you probably cannot find anywhere. The service is top notch. The location is brilliant with a river running right next to it and the accommodation simply takes your breath away. The grounds of the then afford a lot of luxury in terms of movability and activities. There is a bonfire area, a deck, a swimming pool and a spa, all of which are available to you. The food here is quite delectable and will make you run for more. They even have a pet elephant! Ask for the tree houses if possible because they seem to afford privacy with luxury. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here thanks to the excellent staff who left no stone unturned to make sure we had a wonderful time. I also felt that this resort is better than the Taj Gateway in terms of natural surroundings. It's a bit far from Ramnagar, but it has everything you need.

The location of the Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly which is right over the river is just awesome! The Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly staff ,particularly the restaurant staff is extremely courteous and they go out of their way to please you. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the fact that you can listen to the river flowing below you all the time is an enchanting experience. Although the Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly is located almost half an hour beyond Corbett town (towards Ranikhet), and hence it is a little inconvenient if you plan to go for an early morning safari, you would also like the place for the scenic beauty and the calmness of the woods. The river can be reached through a 5 minute walk and the road is pretty good. All in all, a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate yourself. Highly recommended !!!

Wow is the word for my stay. Right from the beginning, it was fun filled. Spotted deer at the entrance of the Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly and some other wild animals on my way to Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly, such is the location. Its more like a safari that you will witness, for which you go to Jim Corbett. River view room and its sweet smooth flowing sound is a sight to watch and feel. The activities inside the Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly was fun, they have activities for every age group, be it child or adult. Arranged DJ night and a musical extravaganza both the evenings I stayed there. Staff, what should I say extremely cordial. And helpful, especially the manager Mr.Deepak who always there to help an extra hand whenever needed. Its a must visit site. Truly recommended, because I will surely visit again.

The then is located at excellent location on top of hill. Resort is beautifully maintained with good lawn, badminton court, volleyball court. Rooms are excellent with pool view and river view. Sound of flowing river is very soothing to ears. Separate bonfire area and arrangement for the same is fantastic. Chairs in personal balcony and private lawns outside rooms are awesome. Resort is built in such a way that you feel very close to nature. One can walk down to river and enjoy the time. The roof top of restaurant is excellent, one can see river flowing and greenery nearby. Food is also very good, though more options can be provided in breakfast. Bread toaster is missing that needs to provided. Staff is excellent and will help you in every query. All in all we had very good experience in the then. Will like to visit again.

It was a brilliant stay, right in the lap of the nature. The Den is located on a hilly side, which makes the weather and the view, better than the rest of the resorts. We went with the family and took a duplex room, which was spacious and beautifully done. The cafe and the restaurant is great, and the food is nice. Outside the cafe you can lie down in recliners and enjoy the view. They have a wonderful spa facility. The manager - Mansi was really courteous and friendly and made sure that our stay was comfortable To top things, they are also starting meditation and healing. The teacher, Upasna Yogini was a brilliant and a rare spectacle. Was truly rejuvenated to meet her and came out of the resort completely refreshed. Thanks you so much for such a complete experience!!!

It is probably the best Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly to stay in jim corbett. The Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly is situated at an amazing height right between the jungle, trees and river flowing in front of it. The view from the restaurant and bar is simply magical. The property has an artistic look to it. Right from the reception area till each room, the interior will just keep you mesmerized. The buffet has a large variety of food items and food is super tasty. Food on the menu otherwise is very expensive, you can avoid. The property has gym, swimming pool, kids area, volleyball court, badminton court table tennis etc. To keep you entertained. We loved our stay so much that we extended our stay by 1 day. Will definitely go again.

for somebody like me who wanted to get away from city life The Den was a perfect choice for stay. located at the very top of Jim Corbett , it definitely beats every other resort in terms of location . spread across a wide area ! all rooms and cottages are very well placed , the coffee shops and restaurants are facing the perfect sunrise location to give you that extra feeling of having the perfect time with your food. the staff is very friendly and very patients when in comes to taking your special requests or even out of line requests ! …. a perfect 5 for safety and hygiene as well.. all in all in you thinking of an isolated but cosy retreat for holidays in Jim corbett , this is the place to be.

A little far from the main area, but bful location and really nice staff! Had a great time there. Kosi river flowing at the backside, you can hike a little on small bridges to sit at river side. And they have there own elephant as well !! Great times

This is the resort to go, if you like nature.

Location is too good. The river is flowing in the back of resort which makes it perfect for relaxing stay.
We stayed in Duplex room which was perfect.

Perfect weekend getaway for two days. Nice property and services. Food is good specially non veg. If you like desi food go for it. Pool is good. River by the side adds to scenic beauty. Elephant outside the resort makes your wild life exp full.

It was awesome stay at den. Beautiful view of river and hills from Corbett The Den Riverview Resort & Pet Friendly. Superb ambiance. I'll give more than 5 star. Everything was well arranged. Surroundings were also awesome. Well-behaved staff. Place is full value of money. I just loved the place.

Rooms are spacious and spread across the property. Staff is very humble and will make you feel at home. Food is good but room service is discouraged. Overall, a very good stay. Will come again for sure.
