Two night experience of Resort with EFamily and Friends

Apart from room condition, the overall experience was good whether it was food or property or staff. Booked a Deluxe Cottage Room for two nights, we got a room which was not properly cleaned and maintained. Although we shifted into another room the next day. So, maintenance of resort rooms needs more focus. Still, i like the politeness and co-operation of staff.

Good rooms nice view. Service and food was also good. I liked the property. Also I enjoyed the stay. And the Dhela gate is just 3-4 km away from the property. So for safari in Dhela and Jhirna no need to hurry within 5 min any one can reach.

Poor Stay

The room which is allocated to me didn’t have tv set, air conditioner and most importantly telephone set. Also the commode in the washroom was leaking. I think they have allocated me their incomplete or unregistered room. One more thing, i paid for the dinner buffet for two persons but the food was totally cold and hotel g. M also was unhelpful.

I have never ever seen and tasted horrible food like this resort. Monkeys are swimming in their resort. Who can anyone expect that they will be using the swimming pool. A third class experience highly recommended not to visit and use this property at all.

Went with my family positives are rooms good in size, clean, clean pool, games like tt, car-am etc negatives quality of food was bad, few items were unavailable or missing ingredients like my cold coffee with ice cream came without ice cream, since order was prepaid no refund as well

Don't eat no-veg food in the property restaurant. It was not terrible. Waste of money. But location of our room was good. As it was next to swimming pool. Also bx sheet was not clean. Bathroom was good and clean. Staff and owner was polite and helpful.

Short and pleasant stay

familyIt was a very short stay. But we enjoyed our get together. People out there were very helpful. They helped us before and during the stay as well. Swimming pool was good. Food also was upto mark except 1-2 items. Only issue is it's bit inside the village.

Hotel staff is good and listens to you demand promptly, the property is good and if away from the regular chaos of hotels in dhikala. It provides you great stay with peach. And a lovely drive through forest

Additionally, there were numerous bugs both outside and inside our room. Considering the issues, the resort did not live up to the value of the money they were charging. groupThe location of the property is good, but the two entries are confusing, one gate remaining closed most of the time with no guard or any other person to open it. Rooms are good and spacious with basic amenities. However, the service was not prompt and room intercom was not working. All this could have been due to the off season lean period. In spite of repeated electricity failures, the generators were switched on without delay. Food was quite palatable and the restaurant was clean. However room service was slow and not very professional. Overall the stay was average.
