A Great property, heart of MBD, with excellent staff make you feel at home. The front office is truly amazing, all of them are well trained. hotel has Nice gym and it has a very good restaurant SPA as well. Great experience here I had a fantastic stay spicily thanks to front office manager trapti mam she managed the hotel very well...

rooms are good in the hotel, but when it comes to the hospitality its his worst, i waited till 8:45 am in the morning for breakfast, but their kitchen people are not there,, as per him it will take another half hour to make it ready.. i left the hotel without having breakfast... 😞

My card gets deactivated in around 8. 30pm no one is there to reactivate it they said now only we can activate in the morning night staff don't know how to activate it. Every time i need to ask staff to open with there master card. My family members want to meet me so they ask id every-time some one came to meet me and entry of it. They denied early check in which is only 1 hour before checkin timing and took 20min to allot my room when again i back to 12pm checkin time. Her koi staff ek dusre pe talra tha kama food price is expensive more than clarks inn in moradabad
