businessI went to check at night. They did not even check me and just grabbed my money and showed me the booking. They accommodated me in the next hotel where i was going and took money from me separately and told me about my current booking that they would refund me in the morning. But they grabbed that money also.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We feel sorry( on behalf of Corbett Wala Home Stay) for your inconvenience on that day. But I got to know that you booked your room at the same time in evening but their is some system glitches that not shown sold out on website. but Caretaker arrange the room for you and also confirm that you want to refund your money at that time but you refused his offer and told him that I will take back my refund from MakeMyTrip. After that caretaker complete his duty properly.
