We Stayed at CORDIAL SOPANAM for 02 days with my daughter during October 18-20, 2025. The stay was pleasant, complementary breakfast was decent, location was good, any one can get public convenience easily. Nice and helpful staff..

We booked a total of 3 rooms (5 Adults) for a 4 Night stay as we wanted to explore the city: Thiruvanathapuram (Trivandrum), the capital city of Kerala to visit places This property is just a shy above 2 years old made by a well known Construction family who have ventured into Hotel business with their 1st Hotel Property. The property is near the Thiruvanathapuram Central Railway station area and very well maintained with joyful staff, prompt service and good food. The Breakfast options were limited on all the 5 days (of our 4 night stay) but fresh food which was less on spice and masala yet tasty on the Indian palette. This is a 4 star property but the facilities and room size dwarfs even some well known 5 star rated properties as well. We received a complimentary Airport pickup (subject to availability) and this was a really nice gesture by the Gotel staff (Mr.Sanju). Also, Mr.Vishnu (the Manager on the property) made sure that light food was freshly prepared for our 2 yr.old kid whenever we asked them and this was also complimentary. Overall, would surely come back to Cordial Sopanam in future whenever we are visiting Thiruvanathapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala.

The property is located at a strategic location ans is easily accessable to Trivandrum Railway station and other top tourist destinations in the city. KSRTC terminus is near by. The property is well maintained and friendly staff.

It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were very cordial. The in-house restaurant is excellent and has a good variety with excellent taste.

few things need to improve ,it was much better when I stayed last time the washroom was water clogged wash basin tap came out wifi was ok

Ample car parking space.Adjacent to this there is movie theatre complex, Kairal-Sree-Nila were IFFK movies get screened, also commercial movies releasing theatre. We didn't opt for breakfast as there were plenty of pure veg restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance . We stayed with family and it was nice experience. Excellent Hotel. Mesmerizing experience like a top star hotel. Impressed by the location of the Hotel (in the center of the city), Cleanliness of Rooms, Rest rooms, Common area, Reception area etc. Cordial Sopanam staff were very professional. The food was very good when we ordered dinner here. The taste was perfect in every food we ordered and also the complementary breakfast was also very good. Excellent stay and a very happy experience. Definitely would be my favorite any day when I visit Trivandrum in future.
