COSMOPOLITAN HOTELS

The main loophole during this stay was that you get the tea bags and toiletries only once. You don’t get to get unlimited toiletries and tea bags. Also, the loophole for booking the cab to airport was that you have to ask them at least 2 hours before. They don’t have cabs readily available. There’s no refrigerator inside the room. The service was not very timely, but still it was decent. The bed condition, hygiene, hospitality, bathroom appliances were really great!

Booked a superior room over here, it was spacious and well maintained. The sea view from COSMOPOLITAN HOTELS is also excellent. There is also a small sea side walkway to temple which is around 1 km from the place. Thee food is also good and reasonably priced. We also could see few peacock from the balcony. Overall its a good COSMOPOLITAN HOTELS, would definitely prefer staying here on next visit

Rooms are spacious and had every basic amenities we require. Rooms are slightly outdated due to lack of maintenance. Ac, hot water and other amenities are working good. Breakfast at restaurant is very poor. There is only idly, vada, dos a items available. Non-vegetarian including omlette is not served here. Rest all are good. Very much close to railway station which is a big advantage

Booked a family suite which provides a double storey type room in which two beds are provided, one accessible by taking the stairs. Restaurant provides good food which makes a great place to stay. Railway station is near and meenakshi temple is also nearby to the COSMOPOLITAN HOTELS. Good parking space for vehicles.

For travellers to madurai this is quick one and very closer to railway station and you can just walk-in to COSMOPOLITAN HOTELS in few steps. Room is very clean and maintained well. For senior citizen they don't need to walk long as soon as they get down train. Good an f cost effective option.

Location - excellent due to very easy walking access to madurai railway station pf no. 1 from rear side COSMOPOLITAN HOTELS itself. Ideal for passenger by vande bharat express. Food - ok amenities - room size is quite spacious and decent in the budget below rs 2000-rs 3000/

Close to railway station. Spacious room. Genuine staff. By mistake we forgot one of our important luggage at lobby but found it safe even after 7 hrs. Ordered north indian food and was as per the expectations. However, items in room could have been kept more clean

Worth for the money. Improvement required no cupboard no hot water no room freshener. Heater is not working

Location is just right in front of the madurai jn. Railway station. Food is good, but costly. Parking available even though tv is in the room it was not working. We requested two times, but the staffs in COSMOPOLITAN HOTELS did not rectified the tv issue.

Stay was pleasant. Few of the offered amenities weren't present in the room. Kettle and towels had to be asked for and weren't available before hand. Otherwise a good stay

Affordable budget COSMOPOLITAN HOTELS in prime location very easy access from railway station. But aircon chillness is not up to the mark.
