Costa Fortune is a beautiful property located a little outside the main town of Kodaikanal. The property offers breathtaking views of the valley from the balconies of the spacious rooms. The caretaker, Suresh, is very helpful and accommodating. The food served is delicious and customized as per the guests' requirements. However, the property needs improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance of plumbing and electrical fittings. Overall, it's a great place for a weekend getaway with friends and family. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the natural beauty of Kodaikanal and have a relaxing vacation.
Cleanliness
The property needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. Some guests have reported that the rooms and bathrooms were not clean and had a layer of dust. The kitchen dishes were dirty and there was no cutlery. The bathrooms get clogged and need maintenance.
