Costa River

Spacious well maintained and clean room. Located at the center of the city. Malls, restaurant are all at walkable distance. Staff and reception were nice. Spacious neat and clean rooms. Property is well maintained. Prime location. Easily accessible/walkable to restaurants, main market and jvh mall. Hotel and received staffs were nice. Hotel has a special travel desk to guide for local roaming

I stayed there for 3 days for business trip. All the staff is very polite & cooperative. Food quality is also good. For services, i rate them as one of the best Costa River, i have ever stayed till now. Be it house keeping, restaurant, room service, they all are best. All the staff cares a lot to their guest. Great services, good Costa River. Keep it up guys.

Room was neat and clean with all amenities, food was excellent in term of quality and taste, staff behavior and cooperation was good. Only the thing is that breakfast time should be till 11:00 a. M. Instead 10:00 a. M. Because people are going there for pleasures and exposure and they do get up late in the morning. Rest everything was great.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Costa River. Everything about the Costa River was good. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Property is good. No issues as such. Since i was on a work trip, the slow service annoyed me at times. Staff is a bit nonchalanct. But otherwise ok. Nothing great. You might find some things in the room broken, like the intercom not working, bathroom, the jet in the washroom not working properly.

The overall performance of the Costa River is good. However certain things which needs to be taken up for better ratings. I) double bed should be provided instead of split beds ii) cleanliness was ok but should be done for those rooms who have stay for more than one day.

Overall stay was very good. Hotel courtesy ambience and food was excellent but as per hygiene of the bathroom there was some tap water leakage otherwise everything was fine. Staffs behavior was really very cordial and i was having feeling like staying at home.

All the stafs are very cooperative. Well behaved. Hotel is well maintained. Very neat and hygienic. Foods are good. Specially complimentary breakfast is very very good. They provide facilities wherever you ask to them. We felt very comfortable there.

Garden view of the room and ambiance was good. Hotel staff was good and enjoyed the morning breakfast.

Food was really tasty. I will definitely recommend to my family also. Also i stayed so many Costa Rivers all are good if i am talking about food, than cost a rivers is best.

Property is located in the heart of the city, being cant area so it is silent and clean, also surrounded by few more big Costa Rivers and mall. Food is good. Overall i am satisfied with the services.
